Mel is a hair cutting legend! So happy with my hair cut. She understood everything I said I wanted and even added her expertise to give a fabulous outcome. It’s just a pity I’m travelling as I would love her to do my hair all the time. Thanks a million Mel!

As soon as you walk into this gorgeous salon and are greeted with warmth and good vibes you know it’s ALL going to be fantastic. And it was!
The aesthetics of this salon is retro funk, the original beams and brickwork creates an ambience of good taste with minimalistic furnishing to suit the open space.
Customer and treatment experience? Excellent, every step was top mark. Ebony was my stylist and my hair feels incredible. Curly to flat iron and day two sleek and silky. Attention to detail and colour is sharp, shiny and limited skin staining (short hair).
I’ll be back. I was completely impressed. Thank you Headroom Ballina, Ebony and team.

Sal is amazing! She always does such a professional cut, colour & blow dry. The customer service is so friendly & first rate. Sal has such a great team with a great depth of experience! The experience was fantastic!!! The professional hairdresser really impressed me with her work and expertise in colour! The blend that she gave to my hair looks so natural and beautiful! Plus she really knows how to reach the right tone. I’ve asked for a colder blonde tone and she came up with the exact colour I asked for. Plus the price was so just! I didn’t feel I underpaid her or overpaid her. The whole experience was brilliant! I’m so coming back!

Firstly, I want to mention these amazing professional woman who I observed attending to their clients with courtesy and care ensuring they had a positive experience. After a lot of research I chose this salon. My brief was to cut my mid length hair pixie short and colour matched to my greying hair. Beautiful Ebony met the brief perfectly……it looks amazing!! I walked out of the salon looking and feeling like a different person…..if you want professionalism and positive outcomes in an environment that is welcoming and relaxing you will not find anywhere better than Headroom Ballina.
