We can’t thank Peter enough for his kindness and assistance after a break down. Our car broke down on Saturday the 23rd of December while travelling up the coast.

We called 4-5 different places to see if they could look at our car between Christmas and New Years and were laughed at and told we would have to wait until at least mid January.

Peter offered to take a look at our car and allowed us to have it towed to his workshop.

Peter identified the fault and repaired our car so we were able to continue our trip saving us from being stranded 600km from home.

Peter was extremely kind and friendly throughout the process and we are very grateful for his service.

On our way home from QLD to VIC our car broke down and needed to be towed to a Mechanic. We were frantically calling around to find where we could be towed too, Ballina Car Care Centre said they could have a look at it the same day and do repairs the following morning to get us back on the road. Their customer service was excellent providing us with updates on the car. The workers even recommended a place for us to stay for the night close to a pub. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable employees! Very Happy customers!
