It is sometimes frustrating to navigate the confusing process of choosing a mechanic; these guys were recommended to me by a colleague, and they certainly have gained here a new loyal client. I just had my BMW 335i done with a stage 2 up grade and tune also stage 3 tune on the gearbox. I highly recommend these boys pricing is reasonable and there workmanship is excellent thanks heaps guys ....

What an awesome bunch of blokes who actually know what they are doing, they diagnosed the problem with my Amarok and had me back on the road in no time at all after I unexpectedly broke down near Ballina. The guys fixed problems I didn't know I had and only charged me for the minimum I needed done. Price was very good but the customer service was excellent, very refreshing to find honest mechanics these days. I'm bringing all my cars back here for regular servicing from now on. Thanks fellas, much appreciated.

I moved here to the Byron/Ballina region permanently 2 years ago and a local business referred me to European Automotive for our BMW X5 an M4 Convertible for servicing. We could not be happier with Mitch, Chris and the Team European Automotive for their honesty, fair pricing and overall knowledge and expertise in European Vehicles, as late as today we had an issue dropped in and fixed it in situ and we were on our way. Outstanding service for a regional location.

These guys were super helpful when my son realised the wheel lock nut was missing from his 'new' second hand VW. They lent him their master kit so he could drive to his car and remove the wheel lock nuts, replace his tyre etc.... exceptional service. thank you.

Mitch and the team are absolutely fantastic! They have incredible customer service and look after the vehicle like it’s their own. I explained I had to get back to work for the afternoon and Mitch happily got onto the service straight away. I will eagerly recommend his services to all family and friends without fault.
