Wow what a beautiful spot for so many nourishing treatments from Ice Baths to LED therapy and a great spot with an awesome cafe right next door

the staff and facilities are awesome we highly recommend that you go there we didn't make an appointment but we got 5 star treatment

Me and my partner Visited kalm springs whilst on holidays to use the cold plunge Robyn was very kind and welcoming. The booking system was very easy to use and well priced!

Kim was amazing I had alot of concerns and she reassured me and was very kind. I thought you could be locked in the pod, it would be smallish and claustrophobic not true it was large you can leave it open and you just bloat blissfully I feel relaxed and it helped my muscle pain heaps great experience thanks so much.

The facility & services at KALM SPRINGS is incredible as is the team there. I have been doing the premium membership now for a bit over a month: regular sauna, ice bath, LED, & floats have me feeling like my nervous system is calmer & less stressed. If it’s something you can budget, the premium membership is great value, otherwise a drop in every now & then was always incredible in the months before I moved into the membership. Josh, Kim, Sally & Jade always go above & beyond to ensure you feel well looked after during your time at KALM SPRINGS. They have created a haven in the pocket of Casuarina like nothing else. It is private & individual as oppose to communal & this makes for a really great self-care, connective, relaxing & rejuvenating experience.

I have been going to Kalm Springs for a while now and just love my G&T. So when the new Ice bath came in I knew I had to give it a try. OMG that's cold 🥶 🤣🤣🤣 however with the guidance of the lovely Josh I actually lasted 20seconds first attempt. Now I have booked in again next week to go for 40 second. My skin and whole body felt SENSATIONAL. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This spa is utterly divine! I had the most incredible float therapy which was probably the most relaxing hour of my life. This was followed by LED therapy and an infrared sauna which were also wonderful and highly recommended. The spa itself is stunning and the co-owner Kim was lovely and so informative, she made the whole experience so enjoyable. I will be back very very soon!

I had pleasure of visiting this diamond of a spa Kalm_Spring . Everything from welcome to explanation of my treatments and the other facility’s available was superb. I walked out drifting on a cloud . The venue is an oasis of rejuvenation. I highly recommend all treatments.
Every detail is thought of even the refreshing chilled coconut water at the end . Kim is amazing and puts you at ease Immediately.

A unexpected experience. Normally I don't enjoy saunas, so 45 minutes was a big undertaking. We did the couples experience, much better as the time went faster. I lasted 42 minutes. I drank heaps to water, then onto flotation tank. I loved it more than my husband. Great to unwind and relax our sore muscles from a month of gardening. We both felt we would go again.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for a treat. Stunning fit out - a gorgeous spa in the heart of Casuarina. Enjoyed a LED light therapy followed by a relaxing infrared sauna session. Staff were very attentive and informative. I appreciated the little touches - like The Ordinary skin care products for use post treatment. Can’t wait for a float next visit…

There are so many reasons to treat yourself to a 'float' apart from the already proven benefits ie relief of stress, anxiety and depression, I personally use this opportunity to deepen my meditation practice. Whilst floating in the tank (water filled with epson salt) it actually feels like you are floating in/on 'nothing' or maybe it is how we once felt in our mother's womb. I highly recommend Float Therapy as well as the other beautiful offerings of Kalm Springs. As a 'Tribe' member I've woven this self care palace into my weekly schedule.

I frequent the unlimited monthly LED light therapy because it is the only thing that clears my rosacea, it’s magic! Furthermore, the helpful and warm staff, along with the ambience of the place make for a relaxing experience.

Kalm Springs is my haven for rejuvenation. The design is fresh, clean, calming and the staff are so welcoming. Definitely worth a visit. Jo

Was such a relaxing 😌 experience. The interior is beautiful and zen. I had a flotation pod session it was absolutely amazing, felt very relaxed and it also helped relieve a sporting injury.
