Karen youre a legend!

I couldn't find the wetsuit I was after anywhere on the east coast of Australia. 'Leave it to me' she said.

An hour later my wetsuit of choice had been found and was being delivered to my closest Rip Curl store!!!! Thanks Karen and thanks Rip Curl. Best wetsuits and best customer service 😊😀

I was keen to buy some T shirts I spotted. But the staff were not interested in customers, more interested in talking to each other. I was the only one in the shop, standing there waiting for assistance, I walked out after 3 / 5 minutes of listening to the Lady tell the kid about stock issues.

I have been to this store several times now and the same experience worst retail ignored every time I enter do a full scan of the clothing and not one greeting or offer off assistance- just plain rude
