This is a very friendly place. That is it's strong point. Whilst it may not have the latest and greatest of everything it will certainly get the job done in a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere. My shy daughter feels like she belongs. And perhaps best of all in this day and age is very well ventilated with an entire side open to the outdoors.
And you can swim in the 25m pool to complete your workout. Boxing also.

Great gym with everything you need fitness wise.

I enjoyed the great variety of classes very much. They provide an option for every age group, well organised and the staff members are kind and funny. I will return hopefully soon, once I have recovered from the mistreatment of a Pottsville based massage therapist, Anne Baker. Be careful who you choose to help you through the muscle pain!

Good gym with reasonable casual pricing for visitors

Great place they have Veterans Health facilities. With exercise physiologist Physo snd psychologist. Heated indoor pool and full Olympic always clean. Grass area with modern equipment that has large open doors to let air flow also for outside training. Clean toilets change rooms. Aerobics open room with a separate but joined special boxing area. I found All equipment works and in good condition. Table chair under cover for a drink or waiting for someone. Classes for kids swimming from what I’ve seen the kids all seem to enjoy it and the teachers. Staff are great very approachable. With someone normally very easy to grab and ask any questions. As I have a service dog they are always welcoming with a great atmosphere. Other people working out or doing classes are all very easy going with a no pressure environment that is not always found these days. Parking can be a little problem but not always. Age groups are from the young ones up. One of the best places I’ve used and continue to use. I give this a top score as not only look after all the equipment and swimming areas. But also are happy to say hi or help in anyway they can. I think that is why the people that attend are always putting there equipment straight back or happy to let you jump in, and Hygiene with people bringing towels and using them is always great to see when using a bench or machine after someone else. Great choice of good machines but also great range in free weights and benches. To kettle bells and chin ups.

Friendly, trained staff, catering to all, not just the super fit, but also retirees and those starting out.

Good little gym in the small town of Causarina. Love that it feels very open and love the outdoor exercise area especially when the northern rivers has such great weather, who wants to work out in 4 walls. Friendly staff!
