Tweed Valley Care Community

During the last 6 years, we have had both my Mum long term and then my Father briefly placed at Tweed Valley Care Community. The staff have been consistently happy, patient and professional on all levels of care during this long period, some having a very genuine close relationship with Mum especially as she deteriorated. The RN's were all amazing in both situations handling the end of life path and we are very grateful for all involved. Our sincere gratitude & thanks to every staff member within this facility as their commitment and compassion was incredible.

The staff are incredibly professional. So friendly, supportive and kind. Obviously, everyone is well-trained and committed to excellence. My dad received incredible care right to the end. I was so impressed with everyone who was involved with looking after his well-being.

Staff are very professional, patient and caring, food is absolutely amazing!, if you have a loved one who needs 24hour care this is the facility for them, they will 100% be looked after by the best most wonderful people 😊

The Home and surrounds are lovely. The staff are so welcoming, kind, patient and caring.

The meals are delicious. The rooms are lovely.
I feel so fortunate that l am able to get a place for my mum where l can go home and not have to worry about her

A friendly and homely environment with awesome management and staff members who truly care for all their residents, everyone is always kind and helpful. A really well run facility with a variety of activities and dedicated nursing staff.

A professionally run aged care facility. They provide excellent care for their elderly and frail residents. My father is very comfortable, well looked after and happy here. The staff are warm and friendly. There are lots of activities for the residents and the food is good. Abundant servings.
