Love my local shopping village ...
Great coffee house, small supermarket, chemist, wonderful vets and delicious eateries... plus other personal services businesses ...

Just gives Terranora the option to shop whether for food petrol or to have a beer and a burger closer to home rather than head down to Tweed Heads or Kingscliff finely getting some shops up there which the locals with the population increase needed up there...

Seems like a nice shopping and community centre for the residents of the area.

There's an IGA, hotel, and numerous smaller business.
