JB Hi-Fi Sydney International Airport

I gave the team an impossible task of finding a receipt I didn't have, didn't know the total for, and had been purchased on a gift card.
Nash, Madi, and Max went absolutely above and beyond and found it - really appreciate the effort they put in!

Needed a pair of headphones urgently as a pair I bought from another store didn’t get delivered to me in time. Alex sorted me out the day before. Great service when I arrived.

Situated on the ground level, on the left side after the baggage scans, and near the escalators of the Qantas lounge entrance. It caters for any last minute electronic purchases. As expected, the range is less compared to outside, but it does cover a few major brands of electronic equipment. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Not very good customer service

They don't stock their most popular earphones. Probably because of their affordable price. Had to overpay for a pair of earphones.

I called the airport a day or two before I would arrive for the international departure. I wanted them to put some speakers on hold for me but the guy I called said they have plenty in stock so it doesn't need to be put on hold. The day I come to the airport I ask them about the stock for the speakers and both stores had none in stock! Actually so stupid. It's exactly why I wanted to put it on hold. They couldn't comply to a simple request just cause they thought they'd have enough? JB you've done it again!

If theres lower than 1 star this place deserves it. Staff doesnt know there own policies with return of gadgets, claiming different things depends on the staff that your talking with. This place have ruin the reputation of JB Hi fi to me. Will never ever buy anything from JB Hi fi because of this store

Sort out your staff unawareness of people standing at a till waiting to get served and proceeding to serve 2 people before me.
Highly disapointed in a company I used to use regularly.

Never ever come here. Not even in emergency. I needed a Garmin watch charging cable, which I lost on my journey. They do have a cable. They do not know what types it is compatible with. No types are listed on the package. They cannot open it, so you can try. They cannot find out more information. Garmin, please stop the cooperation with the horrible company. They damage your reputation. 🙏🙏🙏

If I could give 0, I would do that right now. Just because we are in a hurry to board a flight, guys here try to upsell and misguide with wrong information. We just bought a power bank and he made us buy another USB cable stating there isnt one inside the box but there was one already.

Horrible service. Doesn't matter if prices are affordable or not, but coz of their staff rudeness and lack of communication skills - I would never go to give my money there and would never suggest to anyone to visit this place. Awful.

Made a complaint on their website and asked for updates yet never received anything. Employee under the name Rimsha has given me an incorrect product yet JB Hifi refused to do anything. Very disappointed.

You are unable to use pre-paid JB Hi-Fi gift cards at… JB Hi-Fi. This store won’t accept them because of “different computer systems”.
