Great place for a break excellent coffee and great range of food and cakes to complement it. Walk across the the road to the Goulburn river to take in the ambience.

This is a good place to take a break from driving. The coffee hit the spot. It was a tough choice between vanilla slice and lemon slice to go with it. The vanilla slice is really good.

I travel every month or so up to Tatura/Shep. Have to stop by every time I pass.

As a country bakery it is excellent.
Cakes, pies and nearly everything else. Would recommend a stop to get tasty food for travel or a delicious morning tea vanilla slice.

The best bakery of all time!! We’re up in Murch every other week and could not recommend a better place to eat. The staff are friendly, food is fresh, and if you need a recommendation go for the chicken and salad roll on cheese and bacon bread, TO DIE FOR!!!! Go and put your money in to this amazing local business. 100/100, wish I could write a million 5 star reviews

My lunch was absolutely delicious and healthy and my cappuccino was really nice to taste. The customer service was very friendly and helpful as the lady brought my cappuccino to me and then my lunch while I was sitting at the table. So l highly recommended anybody going to the Murchison Bakery for whenever you would like to eat in or take away.

Dropped in for bite to eat & a coffee on my way to a farm near Benalla from Rushy. Chose my two favorites- pumpkin, spinach & feta Quiche & a veggie sausage roll - both delicious. Plus a really good soy flat white. Staff are very friendly friendly (smiles abound). All food looks great to my eye. Indoor & outdoor dining on footpath or take away and eat at the river park opposite the bakery. A nice spot to have a break from your travels!

The BEST bakery ever! If theres one thing i would recommend if you’re staying in Murch or passing through is stopping at this bakery. Staff are friendly and efficient, the food is amazing! My favourite is a chicken and salad roll, i get it every time! ❤

Very very nice bakery. Based on my experience last week, I think they deserve a higher overall review score. The lady who served me was absolutely lovely and the chicken and salad roll, apple strudel and hedgehog slice were sublime! The owner/s clearly take pride in their Business. My ONLY criticism is that it is a little more expensive than most bakeries I have visited in rural Victoria. But often you get what you pay for! I will definitely return if in the area.
