Fantastic Service, beautiful job. Just purchased my next car - a 2017 Rav4 AWD. Once again I found Shop1Auto offering best Sydney price for fitted Hayman Reese towbar. Well informed, efficient and professional organization. Good website and on-site displays of car accessories. Pleasant walk (while waiting for fitting) to the huge Gladesville Bunnings & a nice Greek cafe with excellent tucker (Zeus - next to Aldi). Overall an excellent experience.

Very happy with the tow bar installation. Got a bike rack which I needed help replacing the tow ball and helped me replaced it.

Found these guys to be the best and most cost effective option for roof racks and roof box. Simple selection from their help, order and installed when in. Great job and perfectly in time for our long holiday drive!

Just had a tow bar installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. No problems/no hassles. Very happy with the work and also the price. I shopped around to about 10 different places to get the same tow bar installed and Shop1Auto was the best price. Very pleased. Also, the old towing hook was left at their shop after the job and Steve send it to me straight away via courier, again with no hassle. Thanks Steve. I would recommend them.

Thank you for a good customer experience. I would definitely recommend these guys again. Just call them up to confirm stock and book in your car. Done deal, also as a bonus there are good cafes nearby to wait while they install the roof racks on your car. Their recommendations are really good and straight forward.

The person who I spoke to was polite and nice. I do not understand why there are reviews that the people working here are not kind, since I had a completely. Opposite experience.

Steve spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone helping unpick a problem with Rola roof-racks that Rola themselves could not help with. The result, to no benefit to Steve, other than a review, was Rola is correcting their website, and sending me the correct parts, at no cost to me! I'm really grateful to Steve, and with 30 years in the automotive trade myself, I have NO HESITATION recommending Steve and Shop1Auto. Above and beyond service. This place is the real deal. Professional outfit without the spin. Ordered my Hayman Reese towbar and had it fitted to my 2021Tiguan. Great job, no issues. Was impressed with The owner Steve’s knowledge and time he spent with me and bought my Thule bike rack there and then too. The shop has plenty of bike racks and roof racks on display for you to check out. Recommend. Very impressive.

Steve and the Team at Shop1Auto have been great in assisting me with issues relating to the tow bar on my current vehicle. At short notice they were able to rectify an issue that I had from an outside dealer, repairing the problem in a matter of minutes. Additionally, the staff have always been hospitable and the work has always been top notch! Will always go back to Shop1Auto :)

I bought Thule roof racks for my Audi sedan and had trouble fitting them. I went back and the team from Shop 1 Auto immediately set about fixing to them to my roof without hesitation. Great service and advice.

Great, honest good old fashioned service. Very knowledgeable. Didn't try and sell me something that wasn't appropriate for my car. I will definitely be buying my bike carrier from this business as soon as I get my new car which will have a hitch compatible the bike carrier I want. Can't recommend Steve highly enough.

Just bought some roof racks and a roof box from the team and couldn't be happier. The service when I called up with an initial enquiry was great and this continued during the sale/instillation. They were very happy to answer my questions, let me do a quick test pack of the roof box to make sure things would fit and provided a final recommendation that suited my needs (not just the easiest or biggest sale). Would be very happy to recommend and will come back for anything else I need.

These guys are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I had purchased a bike rack from a bike shop (having told them which type of car I had) - turns out it was completely wrong for the type of tow bar I needed and I had to return it to the bike shop (who still had no clue about these matters). Rick set me right, and was extremely patient and helpful on the phone and in person. I ended up getting both my own car and my daughter's car fitted with tow bars, and purchasing bike racks for each, plus light boxes/number plate holders for each car. The bike racks were cheaper and easier to install than the one I had purchased at the bike shop. We do not live particularly close to Shop 1 Auto, but they will always be the people I go to for the products and services in which they trade. Thanks so much, my daughter also has no problem fitting the bike rack and light box recommended by Rick, who also took the time to show us both how to fit them properly. First class service !

Rik was very helpful in explaining our various options for roof racks. He sourced the correct bar for our slightly exotic vehicle and it was delivered promptly. I would recommend going to this shop if you have any roof storage needs.

Bought a bike rack and number plate holder. The lights on the number plate holder stopped working. I turned up, without a receipt and the team at Shop1Auto spent 25 minutes working out the problem, fixing it and sending me on my way. I've been buying car accessories from them for years and they have always been helpful, well priced and now shown they have the service to back it all up.

Had done my research and went there today looking for a bike rack. Very professional and knowledge about what I was looking for. Listened to my concerns explained the pros and cons of the models I was looking at. Ended up buying the Thule Xpress 970 and have practised installing it. Very easy to use. Looking forward to riding my bike soon. I came from Sutherland Shire and would defiantly go back to Shop 1 Auto if I need anything else.

I purchased a bike rack here, but the first time I used it several months later, I realised that it was not suitable for a mountain bike. (My fault, not theirs). I took it back and asked if we could come to some sort of arrangement. (I had expected a 50% credit, or something). To my surprise, they gave me a FULL REFUND as a credit towards a different rack. And then, when I showed them the rack I was going to replace it with, they suggested an alternative which was just as good, but was around $250 less. On both counts, it was a great experience. Very happy customer!
