Came into exchange shoes however purchased them online and was told that I could not do this and they had to be returned via post.

The staff that we're working on the 16/04/2023 we're fantastic, I believe the girl helping us her name was Sammy printed a label for us in store, even packaged the shoes for us to pop to the post office upstairs. This was so helpful!! I've never experienced such great customer service before especially in a retail store!

I came to Insport Burwood very early this morning to look for good deals from Black Friday sales. I received very pro-service from the staff named Jenny. At that time, the store just opened and there was only one staff at the store, but she managed very well to serve many customers at the same time. She didn't need the tool to measure the foot size, only used hand, but very quick and correct. She helped me and other customers to get the shoes, find the sizes for clothes, and solve exchange items very fast. Although the store was super busy with only one staff for serving, she always kept smiling with customers and kept saying sorry for any inconvenience caused by the trouble. I was very impressed with her professional service. The store also has many clothes and shoes at good prices. Will recommend everyone should try to shop at this store.

Excellent customer service. Measured my foot perfectly, Quick service and a cheerful attitude to compliment all this. Also staff were very knowledgeable in how to equip me with the right shoe I was after for my marathon and it ended up being perfect! Call me a very satisfied customer will return for all my sporting needs.

Me and my husband been doing shopping in shopping mall and accidentally entered In Sport store. The welcoming smile and helpful Edita was just above and beyond to find us best fit sneakers and some other things. Very helpful and perfect attention to details, no doubts we will be back there anytime soon.

I was searching for a steal during black Friday sales. There was not much to offer at Burwood, however, as soon as I entered In Sport I was greeted by an intelligent and passionate young male staff, by the name of Marino. He showed me a range of shoes that were perfect for my style and very comfortable. He was very helpful and made my experience ever so pleasant. Will be coming back! Fantastic customer Service by Marino. I was unable to locate the correct size shoe for my 5 year old daughter. Marino went through a massive pile of shoes and also had a look out in the storeroom. He managed to find the next size up in the White Nikes which my daughter once trying them on desperately wanted. Although they were the only pair and didn’t really fit her yet she would grow into them. Thanks Marino for going above and beyond and making my 5 year old happy. A1 sales representative.

Walked into Insport looking for a t-shirt for gym. Walked out with a brand new pair of asics and a full gym outfit. All thanks to the wonderful service by a young male staff member called Marino. He was extremely helpful and the reason I chose to spend my money at Insport that day!!

Staff are friendly and helpful and I found a pair of gym workout shoes which is the exactly the one I was looking for. It was a great shopping experience and will definitely go back to buy sports wear in the future.
