Best milk tea in Burwood even with lots of options. Tea spot is definitely my go to tea shop. With a membership where you can earn free milk tea. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

My friend took me here today, and she recommended the barley poppings. So I tried orchid tea, and I like it.

The flavour is on the refreshing side, and you will enjoy it if you like the taste of tea leaves with a touch of milkiness. The poppings or pearls are very special, they are jelly balls with barley grains inside.
I could not find the same tastes at other tea places.

The store is well renovated, and the AC is strong.

Lovely place. It was a bit crowded when I arrived at 9pm. About 12 people were waiting. We got our drinks at around 9.50pm. I got number 2, the milk tea didn't particularly stand out but I love the barley boba.

Very popular “tea spot”, and I can definitely see why. They offer different types of freshly brewed teas and flavours. I tried a fruit and milk tea- both were good but the sticky rice milk tea won me over. The friendly staff’s recommendations did not disappoint!

A selling point of Tea Spot is their healthier teas, which holds true. Each option you choose (whether it be toppings, the flavour, or the type of tea) has the energy intake (kJ) so you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into. Great job.

Probably the best place for milk tea that I know of in Sydney. They freshly brew the tea in "espresso" tea machines and it really does make a difference. The smell of tea leaves permiates the air with floral tea scents and the drinks actually taste of tea. They have a range of about 10 different tea leaves to choose from, which range in strength, which you choose as a base for either milk teas or fruit based teas. Pearls are usually nicely soft and bouncy in texture and their grassy jelly is a level above in silky texture.

Highly recommend the sticky rice pu erh milk tea with 20% sugar and barley boba. The sticky rice pu erh had great tea flavour and you can genuinely taste the glutinous rice - kind of a zongzi vibe. The barley boba is paired perfectly with it - they are like popping pearls except barley-flavoured instead of fruit. They have a slightly chewy texture reminiscent of boiled barley.

Freshly brewed bubble tea using real tea leaves and an espresso looking machine. Tastes different to most other places. Leaves a clean after taste. Very reasonable prices too. Prob my fave bubble tea spot in Burwood now! Worth the extra 5 min walk up from Burwood station.

I have been to so many bubble tea shops and franchises and I have never had any other tea that tastes so much like actual tea - no syrup, no flavouring and no blandness, just pure legitimate tea with legitimate milk.

Tea spot offers a good delicious and flavoursome selection of teas - green teas and predominantly oolongs with a variety of floral undertones (rose - 100% recommend, orchid and osmanthus). The toppings available are ones that can be found in other tea shops but that is expected given that their name-sake should be what stands out more.

Similar to that of barista made coffees, the tea leaves are placed under high water pressure to really extract the flavour and essence of the tea. Regardless of either the fact that tea is brewed in such a way or how the tea leaves are combined and roasted, this tea really does differentiate itself from other tea shops.

This place is my go to tea shop and I definitely cannot wait for when they start selling their tea leaves as I'm excited to brew their tea at home myself!!

I really like their mango fruit tea and there are many delicious milk teas. It is very different from other homes. They use fresh tea leaves to make every cup of milk tea.

With so many bubble tea brands in Sydney I was wondering how a shop could differentiate themselves. Tea Spot are on the right track I think. Their offering focuses on a large selection of tea varieties. The leaves are then brewed using an espresso style machine or you can even get cold slow drip brews. This takes a spin on the classic bubble teas or the brands which go for dessert style drinks and insta worthy drinks. Store is classy and was really intrigued by the equipment used.

Customer service was excellent. We sat inside to drink a fruit tea which has large chunks of fruit inside. I opened the top and struggled to get the fruits out. Without asking the staff came right over and gave us a fork. Really going the extra mile there.

Very natural tasty milk tea among Sydney. Ordered bitter melon lemon tea which is superb. Phoenix oolong tea with barley bubble is also fantastic. Will come back to try more. Well packaged, reminding me of those good bubble tea store in china.
