I still think back to my experience in renting from this agency from 2018-2020 for the apartment at 21 Bay Dr Meadowbank.

Awful experience and tried to accuse us of a laundry list of damages. Many of which were already in the original inspection report. If that’s not incompetence I don’t know what is? In the end we paid for repairs to a small chip in the kitchen bench, which is fine it’s our fault. But you blamed us for many other things. Unbelievable.

As a property investor with my own property in SA, I cannot recommend this agency to manage your property successfully.

Would not recommend renting from these guys. Honestly, they are not doing their landlords a favour by recommending much higher than market rent, relist at lower price whilst it being empty for a number of weeks and holding onto rental bond for no particular reason other than I believe a $14 water usage bill? That's just petty.

During the tenancy, they also don't respond to communications in any timely manner nor do they really help tenant on issues other than CC'ing strata even though strata specifically says that tenants can't contact them directly, only owners and managing agents.

I own many other properties around Sydney area (I rent where I like to live instead of buying) and I would never recommend this agency to any landlord. The agent I have some problems with on 2 of my properties are still 10 times better than these guys here.

The property manager James is not very across the legislations, this caused delay (over 3 months) in bond refund and probably incorrect advice and cost to the landlord. NCAT member highlighted errors in documents produced by CG Realty as well as incorrect paperwork being submitted. NCAT ordered full bond refund to the tenant. Hopefully James will get further training.

Incompetent Agent!

I called to request for the inspection to be done 15 mins earlier than the scheduled as it coincide with another inspection at 1pm. Request was denied as they can’t accommodate due to their schedule. Waited at the property for 15 mins, no agent show up. Called them and was told been scheduled to 3pm.
