I love Dynamic Pilates in Crows Nest and regularly attend Mickie’s Sunday and Monday classes. The learning environment is perfect for beginners and found my core build up every class. What I also love is the technique taught so you understand the body and how each exercise movement works. The teachers are very good with tailoring classes in case you might have an injury so it’s comforting to know you’re in good hands.

Dynamic Pilates is really good, I usually attend beginner classes with Mickie on the weekends or Monday night and she is the best teacher. Takes it slow, will correct your form and also explains which muscles you are trying to target. Would recommend Mickie’s classes to anyone!

Mickie's classes are great. Challenge your body and mind. Pilates has been my saving grace after my knee surgery. Thank you to Mickie who has been instrumental with her wealth of knowledge to help me recover and be a stronger version of myself. Highly recommended for those who want excellent instructors and a great atmosphere.

I did my first ever pilates class at Dynamic Pilates in Crows Nest when it opened in 2015 and I’ve kept coming back! Every instructor I’ve had has been amazing and has their own unique style. Sunday morning barre classes with Mickie are an awesome alternative to reformer pilates...even if you do leave with your legs burning for the rest of the day!

I have been looking for a workout that targets the areas I want and Reformer Pilates at Dynamic Pilates is the one! After giving birth to my daughter 10 months ago, I had some post partum issues to work on. Once my physio cleared me for exercise, i tried a few things but the either didn't work for my new body or they didn't work with my working mum schedule. Dynamic Pilates is great as they have classes that fit with my schedule and they target the areas I need to work on. An added bonus is that a lot of the reformer moves are similar to the exercises my physio has given me to work on - scores!

The staff at Dynamic Pilates are welcoming and encouraging. They are there to look out for you and make sure you are in the correct position. They will help you adjust when you need it and show you how to use the machines. I'm looking forward to heading back tonight!

I love this place! Been going for over a year now, initially with Mickie’s Barre class on a Sunday morning and now I’m a regular with Britt for Pilates as well. Very friendly and welcoming - they’re also great at correcting posture and making sure you’re technically correct with the moves. What more could you ask for?!

I’ve been attending Mickie’s classes for the past few years and I credit her and Reformer Pilates with getting my core and general strength strong enough for my pregnancy and postnatal recovery. The small classes are perfect to focus on technique, and it’s a rewarding hour!

Very challenging classes and well-prepared trainers. Exactly what I needed. I practice yoga and mat pilates regularly, but adding the reformer pilates to the mix was great decision. My core and leg muscles become much stronger than before. My posture has also improved. Teachers are very nice and don't mind to adjust the exercises for people with injuries, so having a lower back problem doesn't stop me from attending the classes. Great studio!

Great studio. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They give a lot more instruction than other studios in the area I have found in terms of correction so I think you get better improvement here as they specialise in reformer rather than a gym that offers reformer as an option.

Dynamic pilates has really shown me what pilates can do for your body. I love the small interactive classes, the instructors are super helpful and think on their feet when injuries etc prevent you from doing certain movements. I highly recommend the studio.

I really look forward to my classes. The choice of class times is really good and always fits in to my schedule morning or afternoon. They always have great deals encouraging me to continue on with class and the instructors are awesome.. I have my favourite and makes sure i get in quick :-)

Mickie made me feel so comfortable in my first reformer class, ensuring I will definitely be booking regular classes. The class was challenging but thoroughly enjoyable.
