I will keep this one short. Simply amazing! Especially the lamb skewers. So tender and juicy. Great service!

Great food, casual atmosphere, friendly service, good prices and generous helpings. The lamb and the noodles are fabulous.

This is a very charming, family run restaurant with the most delicious food and flavours. The food is freshly made and the serving sizes are huge so I would say the prices are also very reasonable. We had the dumplings, hand pulled noodles, lamb polo and everything was impeccable, including the complimentary chilli oil.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Delicious food with decent price! Would come back again!
Been wanting to try Uyghur food for a while. It has quite a selection!
Glad it’s so conveniently located.
Environment good, service is good.
Would not recommend the iced tea though.

It was the best Uyghur restaurant so far I have tried , yes the name of the dishes are too difficult for us , I have tried these two dishes which I have outlined in the pictures and the best Noodles and chiken with fried potatoes , it's the safe and must try option for all Desi people.
I hope that would be helpful to decide what to order.

Gosh yangyo is must to order

We enjoyed, very nice herb combination, authentic. Only waiting time for some dishes is long. Good place to go with friends to try few different dishes when you not in hurry.

The lamb skewers were definitely the highlight. Super juicy and good fat/meat ratio. Stirfry lahgman was on the greasy side, but flavours and chewy noodle was good. Good price. Will definitely be back.

The food here is amazing. The quality of the meat is fantastic and the Kuruh Lagman is the best in Sydney. However I dont believe beans should cost nearly $20.

Otherwise 10/10 restaurant.

Hearty and delicious Uyghur food including juicy lamb skewers, big plate chicken with wide noodles, goshnan (crispy "meat pie" filled with lamb) and the most satisfyingly chewy stirfried handmade noodles (kuruh lagman)! The glass noodle salad we thought was so-so, but everything else was on the money. Apparently run by the same people as Tarim (Auburn), which is another great Uyghur restaurant.

Proper quality Uguer food. All the pulled noodles are clearly fresh.

The fried noodle thing (kuru lagman) is banging...has the chewiness and texture of garaetteok (가래떡) im convinced if it was the same size, dimensions and also made of non-glutinous rice flour then it would taste exactly the same. The Wok hei, spice and chilli perfectly balanced. JUST GET IT 👍👍👍👍

For the toho qorda, get extra noodles. And then samsa meat buns 😈😈.... dip them, SOAK THEM PERHAPS in the liquid from the toho qorda (hopefully this is acceptable surely i can not the first person to ever think or attempt this).

Yogurt drink tastes exactly like yogurt.

Was very impressed with today’s experience. Food quality was amazing and the serving size is plentiful. Packed full of flavor and spice so be ready to feel it. Definitely recommend the yoghurt drink to help neutralize the meal which was also great. Service was nice and pricing was justified. Will return to try other dishes.

Really nice good quality good. We had lamb skewers, eggplant dish and spicy dry fried handmade noodles with lamb (large). Enjoyed every dish. Full of flavor and fast service. It’s a small restaurant but decor and everything is really nice.

WOW. I haven't reviewed in a while but this Uyghur did is amazing. We hand the hand made noodles with stir fry lamb and veges, eggplant and sumanta (lamb dumpling). What an amazing experience. Soooo tasty. Perfect seasoning. We'll be back for sure. Yuuuuum

Walk another block beyond the more popular stores found in Emerald Square and the Arcade and you will find this quiet and homely family run restaurant.
It's my first time eating Uyghur cuisine and is definitely a new favourite for me.
(My apologies I forgot the names of the 2 main dishes)
The first dish to come out, and the star of our dinner, was the slow stewed lamb with Uyrghur naan bread. Absolutely fragrant and delicious! The lamb was so soft and easily fell apart. This paired off amazingly with the naan, which soaked up all the juicy goodness of the lamb curry
The chicken dish was also just as great! The crispy potato was so addictive and the chicken stir fried in cumin and chilli was the kick that I needed for the day
On the side we had the Koy Tilli salad, lamb tongue salad, was a good option to pick with the 2 heavy main dishes. Some may turn their head up at the though of "lamb tongue", but not us! The lamb tongue was cooked well, and not at all chewy, and was well balanced with the vinegarette
I hope more people come and enjoy this family's Uyghur dishes

A food first for me to try Uyghur cuisine. Ali, the manager, was very helpful and answered my questions and explained the menu. I devoured some delicious Samsa, baked buns with minced lamb and onion, followed by Kormam Lagman handmade noodles stir fried with lamb and vegetables!! 😋
