Chatime Burwood

So sad to found out today that they are closing soon. While I wasn’t aware that they had been apparently operated over 14 years, I do know that they had been supporting the customer through the pandemic by providing consistent service and great tea to many of us. They are one of few stores that open till late for people who work overtime and still manage to find chatime serving at 9pm. Thanks for everything and good luck.

Always get my bubble tea from here. Staff always make tea how I request it and never had any problems. Feel like, at times they are understaffed, but that is not on them, it's management. Give the team 10/10 for working hard!

Legend says that if you are served by Shakira, blessings will forever rain down on you. Seems like today was my lucky day. It makes a difference when you’ve had a long day at work and you’re greeted with a radiant smile. Friendly service and I had the sugar free Peach Green Tea, which is totes amazing.

The service is so warm, so sweet and gentle.

I'm a regular here and the staff are always good to me, the store is always clean and presentable, and tea is a consistent good quality.
