This store sells a wide variety of candles in all shapes and sizes.

I never leave reviews but I had to give 5 stars because of the excellent customer service provided by Ben! He is amazing and helped me find the perfect gift for my sister x

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the tall young man that works there (sadly didn't get his name). He was super friendly and his customer service was mainly why I signed up to become a dusk member. He had a big smile on his face, could tell he was happy enjoying work, was full of information telling me all the member benefits and even wished me a happy birthday which is coming up. Love dusk as a shop but you made the experience even better!!

Great staff! They made sure to hold a scent I wanted as I was on my way but there were only a few left. Such a wide variety of items and everything in stock unlike Rhodes who were sold out of a few things.

Cristina was probably the best sales person I have met for some time. She tastefully upsold me Dusk Membership, went above and beyond packing my purchases and assisted me in purchasing additional items. She made the experience feel warm and fuzzy and completely painless.

Always have such a lovely experience here. The staff are always so accomodating and helpful. I always have great chats and receive honest advice when choosing what to buy. In particular, one of the staff, Ben goes above and beyond to help people out!

Store is great. Has a variety of candles. I have come bqck twice in the last 10 days and I was helped by a lovely lady named Fatima. She also wrapped my gifts which was great.

I was served by Lisa on 11 Jan 19, she was exceptionally welcoming and explained everything crystal clear. People like Lisa makes a huge difference and makes shopping experience very good.

I was served by Christine and she was really friendly, helpful and great for a chat. She gave us recommendations, showed us the specials and helped us figure out what would be the best value for money. Awesome service!

ben ben ben! what an amazing worker! he helped me pick out a reed diffuser for my bathroom and it works amazingly!! he needs a promotion asap!!
