CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice Burwood (Main Road)

CoCo fresh tea and juice Burwood is a lovely little bubble tea store. I do not at all believe that their extensive amount of bad reviews is justified! The staff are nice and the store has a nice atmosphere in an extremely convenient location, only a few minutes from the major station of Burwood. I especially love the brown sugar fresh milk with brown sugar pearls and pudding. It is a very enjoyable drink and I often order this item when attending with others, who similarly find the flavours delicious.

The staff forever are highly disinterested in service, mumble so you can barely hear them and look as if they don't want to be there. It let's this place down.

Great milktea. A bit slow on the drinks, probably needs more staff. Plenty of seating.

Pretty interesting how they moved to a better location but somehow don’t seem as popping as before. It probably would come down to service that seemed like they don’t care. The drink itself was alright but the lychee pieces seemed actually more annoying to swallow as they’re bit harder to chew down due to being canned probably.

The staff are very rude and the customer service is very poor.

Came here a few times and drinks are always extremely sweet despite asking for 30% sugar everytime.
I suspect they make all drinks with the same sweetness regardless of what you asked for.
Also asked for less ice and got a drink full of ice. Won’t come back again.

This coco shop is worse, I bought drink every time, I paid for Plastic BAG$, they always gave the Second hand plastic bag (used and dark dirty) 🤮how come u do business , and ask staff to change it and than their face so unfriendly, just said to every coco customer this is Disgusting 🤮 and unfair to paid plastic is used dirty for customer. Disgusting. God bless

Ordered taro drink all I can taste is the artificial flavouring and additives never order Coco again

This is going to be last time going visit coco Burwood. Service people was bad and rude. Didn’t bother to replace my drink when it was damage.

I ordered one hot drink.. But they did a cold one and said they couldn't do it again...speechless

I ORDERED MY DRINK WITH PEARLS BUT THERE'S NO PEARLS, AND I PAY FOR IT BUT THERE'S NO PEARLS???????? SCAMMERS. This is a waist of my money, terrible store 🤮🤢

The waitress with the yellow hair and dark glasses was very rude. She ignored my complaints, rolled her eyes and left without waiting for me to say anything, while I waited my drinks for over two hours without any compensation or apology.

The staff was very bad, every time the order would be wrong, and after talking to them, they had a bad attitude and rude. The store manager needs to manage it.
