I didn't go inside so my rating is purely for the air for tyres facility they have. It worked perfectly, tyres inflated and was back on the road in now time.

Last petrol station before M4 Motorway.
Typical Caltex Woolworths petrol station. A large one, plenty of pumps, air & water, plenty of parking, 24-hours operation. The walk from the pumps to the cashier at their convenience mart is undercover. The mart is well stocked - you can even get cheap Woolworths bread and milk if they haven't ran out.
Yes, you sometimes get staff members that are clearly in need of extra customer service training and if I get attitude, I call it out. You also have the option to report to management if it is really bad.

This Woolies petrol outlet on Parramatta Road at Burwood has plenty of pumps with room to maneuver between them and a big well stocked shop with heaps of discounts. Always one of the cheapest fuel prices around made even better with a Woolies 4 or 8c rewards discount card.
