These guys are running a scam! Amazon has a return process where you can simply show your parcel and barcode and the store must print the label and accept the parcel for FREE. They have fraudulently added a printing fee on top. When I checked with Amazon support, they were shocked and have opened a case to investigate them. Stay away from this place!

It’s so great to have this convenience store right in Rhodes station. I grab a coffee there every other day. They’re always super friendly, and open super-early too. Great for us early morning commuters :)

Customer friendly convenience store with variety of services like printing, lotto etc where you can enjoy a good coffee too and most importantly I left my bag there and worried but very soon I got an courteous email that my bag is safe. I just found out today that this place is also a parcel pickup spot, I had no idea! The two times I went today, I had such lovely service from the two men working at different times, very kind guys! 10/10 service

Very disappointed with their unprofessional customer service.
Being an Amazon parcelpoint, it brings convenience to the community but the emplyees seem have not been trained properly. I have been there twiceto return parcels, both times were very bad experience: first time was afew months ago I was asked to purchase additiontal packaging box from the store, otherwise they refuse to process the return for me, which never happened to me at other Amazon return location; Second time most recently, the guy there said i had to print my own label for return, then I showed him the Amazon retutn instruction that clearly says the Parcelpoint will print the label. then he unpleasantly scanned the code and told me he couldnt find the return record in their system and turned me away. I had to take it to other Parcelpoint, where it all went smoothly.

Terrible experince with my return. I opted to return at this store as it was closer to my house than Auspost.
The first day i went, the lady said that they do not print out the labels and i have to seal and self pack the parcel. My friends told me that, they print it out and seal the package for you as they hsd done it before.
Then, I went again with a sealed parcel and then they say that their printer is not working.
Totally unacceptable.

Do not use Click and Collect at this store!

I purchased some items off of Ebay in which the delivery information had said that they had been delivered to this store for Click and Collect. I went there on several occasions to collect my parcel ( as it said it had been delivered) and no one knew where my parcel was! They obviously do not have an understanding of how click and collect works and some of the employees barely understood what I was talking about. It has been over 2 months and I still haven't received any information about my parcel.

Terrible terrible service. Was meant to pick up my DHL parcel, and staff does not know how to use parcel number or look up names. For a 5 minute job, it’s keeping me waiting for 30min, and keeps jumping between customers so everyone is waiting.

I hope the owner sees this and change bacon to your usual and capable staff.

Bad customer service. Slow handling.

Ask for a receipt after 5mins of the purchase and the staff already forgot who you are.

Probably take you at least 5mins for buying a single lotto ticket.
