If I could give 6 stars I would. From the moment I walked into Floorland Narellan and was greeted by Eric I had the perfect experience. He was knowledgeable and most importantly patient. I could not be happier with my new floors and plantations. Thank you Eric. I also have to thank Lee & Bo for installing my floors and Al for installing the shutters as they were professional, prompt and clean. I will definitely be recommending Floorland to friends and family.

Adam and the team did a fantastic job from the selection process to installation to after sales follow up.
The selection process was great- the team is not pushy, and they encouraged me to take floor samples home to look at in the different light. This ended up being really important as I changed my choice!
Installation was quick and efficient, Lee and his crew did a quality job with minimal mess.
The change in floor has made a huge difference to my home- really modernised it. So glad that I made this choice and went with Floor land Narellan.

We were looking for hybrid/laminate flooring and ended up at Floorland. We were greeted by Kyle. He was confident in his product offerings, explained about them very well, and helped us make our decision. He was more than happy to come over at our home, show us different samples, and visualise the look n feel, in detail. He was never pushy and didn't rush us into finalsing something so as to lock in an installation date. He worked with us for the installation within our time schedule, and we had it installed literally in a matter of days once the laminate flooring was finalised, simply amazing. The price is good too. Just so happy with our recent install. Adam and his team did a great job from beginning to end.. the selection process, their wealth of knowledge on the product and the install. The product is superior and we are just so happy!

We got recommended Floorland Narrellen by a friend and decided to go with them as they were reasonably priced. From the minute we walked into the showroom to the minute the job was done, we had the best experience. Kyle was extremely friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and did not take advantage of our inexperience. There was a shortage of stair nosing, however, we didn't even know about it until the job was done. Kyle managed to sort out the problem overnight (over a weekend too). We felt that Kyle genuinely cared about us and we are so happy with our new floors. Would definitely recommend going with them and have been recommending them to close friends and family.

So happy to have found Floorland - Narellan. Eric and his team are very proffesional and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Eric was not your usual pushy salesman. He was very patient as I took a while to decide. We had Titan Hybrid flooring layed througout our Kitchen and family room. It looks fantastic. Tam and his wife Yen were lovely and nothing was a problem. They did a great job with the installation. Some months later I had Carpet layed by Floorland and again very happy. If I hear of anyone wanting new flooring I would have no hesitation in recommending Eric and the team at Floorland -Narellan.

Danio service was fabulous and explained everything to us where Tam and his wife yen installed and did an amazing job. My house is now starting to look like my dream home. I went with Floor Land Narellan for hybrid flooring for my mum because of Danio and his brother (whose name my pregnant brain cannot remember). Danio was a great sales person - very informative and attentive, but not pushy and happy to give me and mum enough space to take our time talking through colours. His brother who came to take measurements was also super lovely and genuine about helping. Ultimately, our interactions with Danio and his brother led us to pick Floor Land over another company.

The flooring looks great and mum is very happy. We had a couple of hiccups with the external floor leveller, but Danio was very helpful in ensuring the task was complete to standard - he dropped by personally to check. The installer was very professional and provided very good quality services - it was actually reassuring that he would not install the flooring unless the floor was level to standard.

Overall, we are very happy with the services provided by Floor Land , particularly Danio and his brothers.

Kyle was fantastic helping us choose the right carpet he new what he was talking about and nothing was a problem.He went out of his way to get our new carpet laid before we moved into our new home.A big thankyou to Kyle and his carpet laying team.
