Lillino's Bar and Trattoria

This place was great! Our pizza and pasta were exceptional and the view is beautiful. We got to sit outside for lunch and enjoy the scenic views. Service was also great! We will definitely be back

My partner and I come to this restaurant frequently and has become our favourite place to eat over the past 4 years. The food is outstanding each time (Hats off to the Chef!) and the service is superb, always welcomed with friendly smiles and ensures we're having a good time. We could not recommend this place enough, the staff are what makes this place a favourite and I hope they get the recognition they deserve!.

Loved the entire experience. The view was beautiful, food tasted fresh and authentic. Our server was great - she was attentive but also let us enjoy our meal. They apologized multiple times about the air conditioning shutting down but we still enjoyed it.

Beautifully positioned on top of a hill with breathtaking views. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly.

Exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in. Our hostess was very knowledgeable, always made sure our drinks were full and checked up on us constantly & came out with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to my partner. She still let us enjoy our meal and we weren’t interrupted. Food was incredible, atmosphere was lovely very peaceful. Best food and customer service we have had in a very long time. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

By far our favourite place to dine while visiting Hunter Valley. The staff were super friendly and always made sure we were relaxed and having a great time, we cannot thank them enough for making us feel just like family. Our favourite dish was easily the linguine, though every dish we tried here was a stand out. Very much looking forward to visiting again! x

Lovely cosy restaurant. We enjoyed our meals. Pizza was perfect. Dessert was cooked well. Ravioli was amazing. The saucy had lots of flavour. Great views at sunset.
As you can see from the photos the meals are presented well and taste great but are not large pub size portions.

Wonderful food with a glorious view over the vineyard and distant hills. The service was superb with our waitress attending and delighting us in her friendly way.

Excellent restaurant. Couldn’t fault any dish. The pizza dough, sauces and gnocchi are made fresh. Very evident in the taste. One of those places that it doesn’t matter what you order, you hit a winner. A lady next to us was raving about the suckling pig. She had to tell the surrounding tables it was so good. An Italian couple running front of house. Very passionate about the food and genuine people. If you’re a foodie, this place is for you.

A beautiful Italian restaurant in a very picturesque location. Lino and his staff have always presented themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Service has always been exceptional and food has always been a standout. This is our always go to place for top quality and authentic Italian experience. Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were so lovely & very attentive, spectacular views & welcoming atmosphere. Then there is the food… just wow!! The best gnocchi I’ve ever had, the pizza delicious, my husband’s pasta faultless (he may have slightly licked the bowl!!) The wine made the perfect accompaniment…

Our experience was nothing less than wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and the outlook over the valley was beautiful.
This was our first time at Lillino's and certainly won't be out last.

We went here for lunch with a group of 4 as our girlfriend turned 40. The drive up with the beautiful Olive trees and vines is beautiful and then when you get to the top of the driveway the view is stunning. The owners are warm and friendly And really Italian .Every dish we had was delicious ! We had the Brushetta and squid for
Entree then Luigi’s linguini with prawn, the scorch fillet, the pork, the ravioli with lemon zest and to finish , the tiramisu ! Highly recommend this place it was our favorite restaurant during our Hunter Valley stay !
It was also so clean and the waiters were so sharp and professional unlike some other places we had been to. Thank you for the lovely memory !

Sensational!! Great service was provided to us. We had the dogs who were well looked after with water bowls and pats. We had outdoor heating provided. Now to the food the pizza was AMAZING so tasty with gorgonzola, rocket and prosuito. We accompanied that with a sparkling red. Will definitely make this a regular stop.

great food..great wine great service..company changes but all is enjoyed by all. great view with a few kangaroos to add to it. Might be in lower Hunter but the hunter valley is Gods country for me from an ex sydney girl 👧

Just spectacular. Went to a wedding there. Just so simple and dead set beautiful. From the moment you turn into a picture perfect vineyard hedged with old olive trees to when you look back over the country side it is just breath taking. The facilities were simple and clean with plenty of grass and funiture to host a mob. The bar was simple yet supported perroni on tap with a house craft beer as well. The food was great yet small portions. Happens... Will go back next time I'm in the Hunter.

Birthday dinner celebrations, couldn't have picked a more perfect setting. The staff here are second to none, nothing was a problem for them not even my special diet. They even sang happy birthday. Its the only place i found where i could order food i can eat and the meal was delicious. So friendly, beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend. We will be back again and again.

Beautiful Italian food and amazing views. Friendly staff. Bastian greeted us when we arrived. He’s so cuddly and friendly. An enjoyable lunch date with hubby. ❤

Sat outside and enjoyed the view, the resident dog and great food. We shared the rolled eggplant and then some pizzas. Very food. Maybe a few more red wines by the glass on the menu would have been good.
