Staff service is on point

This is the second time I've been to this store in Kiama and the older lady that works there with glasses and short hair should not be in retail!! When she's in a bad mood and has to do an exchange or refund she huffs and puffs and treats you like you're been a complete nuisance. Wednesday (last week) my mum needed to do an exchange and asked if my mum wanted the original docket back, at first she said no and the lady looked relieved and was all happy but then my mum realised she had bought other garments so she said "no sorry I do need it", the shop keeper started shacking her head looking very angry like she was ready to have a go at us, frankly I couldn't believe her reaction. I can understand the computer may be giving her problems and was under stress but my mum has every right to have that docket back and shouldn't be made to feel bad about it. Very unprofessional she shouldn't be treating customers like that. I hope the manager or herself read this and change her ways because it was a very unpleasant experience.
