Mimco David Jones Burwood

I selfishly walked in to the store at 5:56 four minutes from closing. I had spent the day looking for a small cross body bag. As I walked in I apologised and said I wouldn’t be long. Helen who I found out is the store manager told me not to worry as she still needed time to close.
She asked what I wanted and gave me a suggestion that suited exactly what I needed. She even took her time showing me the different bag straps available and she walked around with the bag to show me how it looked on. Thanks Helen, sorry I kept you back after closing time.

Good service, they have beautiful things but I thimk if it wasnt because i really like what i sae in the window theydont knpw how to approach a customer and sjow them what they have.
