Kmart Rhodes

I just had to give a shout-out to Jason, one of the staff members who helped me out around 5 pm on 13 July. Seriously, this guy is incredible!

I couldn't find what I was looking for on the shelf, but Jason came to the rescue. He offered to check the back stock, and within no time, he found exactly what I needed, all while juggling other tasks. And let me tell you, he did it all with a friendly and helpful attitude.

I work in the management team for a giant retail chain, so I know firsthand how rare it is to find someone as dedicated as Jason. He truly goes above and beyond for customers.

Big kudos to Jason for making my day with his outstanding service. It's not every day you come across someone so helpful and committed.

Great to see Kmart here. Target was good but I think more people prefer Kmart. Large store with everything you need. Never too busy and quite clean.

One of the best kmart stores in Sydney! New & has everything in stock compared to other stores.

This is one of my favourite KMarts in Sydney because the staff go above and beyond to help. I couldn't find the marshmallows but the staff member with a smile went out the back to grab some. They do that each time whereas in most Kmarts they bark anything on the shelf is all they have. Also this Kmart is well stocked. Such a pleasant place to shop.

Is it a Kmart? Yes it is. Is it messy and hard to find things? Also yes. Are the shelves out of stock or are things missing even after we check online ? YEAH. However, the young staff there, whenever I have asked their help, bless them, they have always helped me and my wife to the best of their abilities while we juggle our baby, and for the service they get 5 stars.

By far the best Kmart I have ever been to!! The service is great and the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. The prices of items are definitely reasonable. One thing that could be improved is how regularly they restock their items. Overall I definitely recommend coming to Kmart in Rhodes!!

Got to love Kmart! ❤ this story used to be Target but I think it's busier now that it's now Kmart. Nice tidy store. Layout is a little different to other ones but you find your way easily to the different departments.

Mert was at the front greeting people and checking receipts as they left. It was his second week on the job but he did such a magnificent job! Very helpful and very good at customer service, thanks Mert.

Excellent click and collect service, in-store shopping is closed in the current environment owing to Government restrictions to curtail Covid-19 spread. The staff at the front of the store were prompt to fetch my orders and were very professional. Adequate Covid Safe measures in place. Thank you.

Staff here is very friendly and he helps me find what I want. Very great experience here.

Loe my local, has great home range and always have what I'm looking for. I DON'T like self checkout anywhere, but especially here.

New bright store. Friendly staff. hand Sanitizer at self checkouts. Stock is overall tidy. Overall a well managed and staffed store.

The best Kmart I've been. Price is reasonable in good quality. Kind staff always.

There is one guy and a girl , name
“siaca”. They a very helpful today at click and collect and small appliance session

Staff are good. However there are some out of stock issues also this is a smaller store so they can't get the full range of products.

Just like any other KMart, but they did hay what I wanted, whereas 4 other KMart didn't.Very pleasant , helpful staff.

Things don't always work machine wise however the lady at checkout is really awesome.

Amazing Store, replaced Target! newly opened and stocks are always topped and full! Staff are really helpful

No complaints here but I just wish they put check out counter closer to exit
