I recently purchased a Trek Marlin 6 that I am very happy with. The team provided an excellent service, they're knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. If in the future I choose to upgrade to a new bike, Bob Wallis will be my first stop.

Visiting the area with a cycling group from Sydney. Had issues with my top gearing, which I just couldn't sort out. Phoned Bob Wallis Cycles and explained the situation. Took my bike to the store (30mins drive away). Bob sorted out the issue as soon as he could and I was on my way. Furthermore, he refused any payment! So appreciated the service and care.
