Called 5 places to see if i could get the parts needed for my jayco none had them in stock all ex Melbourne. Called in and I was Serviced quickly. Priced better than the places I'd called and it was a nice Convenience of not having to drive to penrith or other rv centres to get what needed or to chance ordering g the wrong parts online..... such A pleasure to deal with

We were after a gas fitting over Christmas. Nobody was open or had them in supply. He supplied the fitting and installed it for super cheap. Great bloke!!

very good job love the work would recommend him to any one took his time doing job but was very good job i am taking my sunlines montetarlo buck to get more done.

Scott the onwer is extremely obliging and excellent service. Replace the brakes and bearings on my caravan.

Scott operates his business like the classic 'Yes Minister' show. He likes to spend all his time telling you how hard it is to do something, how long it will take, and how busy he is, when all he needs to do is actually stop making excuses and commit to do it!!
No repeat business from me Scott....Sorry.

My elderly parents were quoted a certain price for required service. The price tripled after original quote. That is fine as the work needed to be done, but then to have ZERO communication from them and have to chase up day after day to confirm parts had arrived and work was completed was frustrating. Told they would advise on progress but no calls. Suggest looking elsewhere if you want other than sub-standard communication / customer service. Last point, total parts cost, less than $20, total labour cost......$425.

Scott doesn't like to pay suppliers. I wouldn't trust a thief to touch anything of mine. Steer clear.

I try to use because they local business for us!

This place is an absolute joke , I dropped my trailer off on a Friday to have axle replaced and was told I would receive a call on Monday with a price , one week later no communication, I called and was told Scott (the owner) will call me back , 2 weeks later still nothing
I called after 4 weeks and was given the run around again ,
7 weeks went buy , the receptionist said she didn’t want to call because they still had now I do for me
After 8 weeks and not a single thing getting done to my trailer I went and picked it up , and whilst there other people complaining about the same thing , this place is the worst business I have ever dealt with and would not recommend anyone to use these people

No customer service didn't even apologise
Ill spend my money else where

They haven't returned on call after 2 weeks.
