Rosso Italian

Started a bit uneasy but once seated, we thoroughly enjoyed the service from Francesca and the food was enjoyed by all! We had entrees , pasta and pizzas and back to entree selections to finish! We had a great evening and would recommend for friends to come! Really appreciate the limoncello at the end of our dinner!!! Cheers Andrew

Beautiful experience, food, service and location. Lamb ragu was cooked al dente, bruschetta was garlicky and fresh, calzone was flavoursome and melt in your mouth delicious. Food all came out sooo fast which was great as we were starving 😂 compliments to the staff and owner for this well oiled machine of a restaurant!

Everything was fresh, the food was tasty and the staff was friendly. Great atmosphere, warm and inviting. Definitely my go too for an Italian feast. I wouldn’t normal order a gnocchi but I’m so glad I did, they were so light and delicious, can’t wait to go back to have them again 😋 although there on Victoria Rd, parking was a breeze.

Amazing and top recommended place. Staff very friendly, delicious food served extremely quick and pleasant atmosphere. Even the place allow you BYO wine 🍷 if you wish. Definitely it is a must and we will repeat. Plate size very generous (we couldn’t even order a dessert 🍨)

We have been past this place countless times filled with so many customers, and finally decided we should get a booking on a Sunday night to try it for ourselves. It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday night and we finally knew for ourselves why. From the start, service was lovely. We had an attentive waiter who served us when we were ready, so we didn't feel rushed. We had to burrata to start with and it was tasty. The mains were delicious; the fettuccine was so good and the diavoli pizza had just the right amount of toppings with the perfect crust. We were too full to try deserts but will be back!

This is one of those restaurants that actually gives you the real authentic Italian experience! The food was so impressive that I can't wait to return! Highly recommend you visit and try this place out if you haven't already :)

Very family friendly restaurant with delicious food. My kids are fussy eaters and they finished their pizza and spaghetti bolognese. I liked my lamb ragu and my husband really enjoyed his steak. Definitely will return

Great service! We ordered a whole heap of dishes. Tartufo is outstanding. Mushroom prosciutto and truffle paste is just an amazing combo. The incarne was not very strong with sausage flavor. Can be saved with chilli oil. Spaghet was average, $27 is a lot to ask for mince meat and spaghet. Garlic prawn is meaty and came with plentiful soft bread which absorbed the tomato sauce beautifully. Panni cotta was amazing like boing boing boing~ Use fresh mint, not wilted please.

Living in the inner west we have varied options around Italian restaurants. However, after several recommendations from Italian friends we tried Rosso and are thankful for a well needful experience
Our dietary challenges with gluten and egg were no issue.
The quality of service was magnificent.
The food… simply Devine!

We just moved in the area and our neighbour decided to take our kids to the big bash game. So kinda dinner date, I chosed Rosso, oh boy... what a great decision. The staffs were super friendly, they had great knowledge of their food and the service was outstanding. We will definitely go back with out kids next time.

Tried this place on a Tuesday night thinking it would be quiet. It was however busy and despite this both the service and food was first class, authentic Italian. The prices were reasonable and best of all, it was BYO wine which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Food is impeccable, hospitality, service and atmosphere is wonderful. We can make a booking no matter what time as they always have a reservation for you and look after you as if you are rhe only one in the restaurant. Love the food and is the best Italian food in Sydney.

We had a able body impaired person with us and a group of 8. they catered for the disabled person without floor and made sure all of our want and needs were meet on every level

Pizzas are very authentic and remind me of pizzas I’ve had from Italy. The ravioli was a bit too rich and I couldn’t have more than 2 pieces but I sure ate all the pizza. Lucky I wasn’t the one paying cause it’s a bit pricey but totally worth it.

Another delicious meal at Rosso. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Wonderful Italian food. Great menu with a few specials. Can’t resist three courses. Friendly service.

What can I say about Rosso Italian at Gladesville after now the third time I’ve been.

Each time I’ve gone the food and service has been sensational.

After only 3 visits they even greet me by name.

In terms of running a successful restaurant with great food they definitely tick all the boxes.

I highly recommend Rosso Italian.

Looking forward to my next visit which has already been planned.
