The Beauty Base - Boutique Medispa

Today I had the pleasure of having pregnancy massage, facial and hot oil scalp massage from the lovely Tanisha. This was my first time here and Tanisha made me feel extremely welcome and provided an excellent service. I left Beauty Base today feeling extremely rejuvenated and relaxed. My only regret is that I didn’t come sooner. I am 30 weeks and will definitely be booking into have another pregnancy Mother to be package before I give birth. I will definitely be asking for Tanisha because I had such a great experience. Great people, great service. Very happy customer!

I have been a client for many years and I cannot fault you ladies! Service is always 10/10 and so is your phone manner.
An accident happened with my brows and I was hesitant to let you guys know because I don’t like making anyone feel bad. I sent an email through and a beautiful girl called me the next morning. She made me feel heard and was very apologetic and offered me a free wax for my next appt and a couple of products free of charge to help my brows.
I was so happy with the outcome and I felt comfortable being honest with her. It shows you girls are passionate, not just about your work but your customers also. I cannot remember who I spoke with but thank you so much for your phone call. I really appreciate you all xxx

Could not fault my experience with The Beauty Base (Gregory Hills) from the moment I booked my appointment to when I walked out. Thankyou so much especially to Danni, the beauty therapist who did my Brazilian wax for me. She was so friendly and lovely whilst also maintaining professionalism and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I will be back! :)

Just wanted to let you guys know how I felt about my experience today .

I contacted the beauty base Gregory Hills to find a gift for a family member. I spoke with Tahlya who assisted me in choosing a facial peel package. Tahlya was extremely helpful, she explained the different facial options and answered all of my questions. She also sent me a printable gift voucher addressing it to my family member.

The team at Gregory Hills are fantastic. I get my eyebrows waxed here regularly, I also do my laser here and just recently did my first facial. Every SINGLE teamember you interact with is lovely. Even if they are just at the til while you're with someone else, that person will still greet you and give you a massive smile. Definitely recommend for any services

Beauty Base at Gregory Hills in my opinion is amazing. Everyone is really professional and friendly despite being often busy. But Sarah is particularly amazing. She's does my eyebrows PERFECTLY (albeit a bit dark to begin with, but normal for freshly tinted brows) and they always settle perfect and last for ages for me. Shes also super easy to chat with. I find the way she waxes and plucks doesn't hurt (more than it should). She's also aware of some of health issues and considerate of all that -I thinning eyebrows due to Hashimotos disease. I find she is always able to make my eyebrows look more thick and healthy after my appointment. I'll keep returning!

Walked in off the cuff tonight, first visit - the two girls who helped me were so nice, very funny and made me feel welcome in an environment where normally I feel overwhelmed or out of place. And they nailed my lip wax and brow shape!

My friend and I had our makeup done at the beauty base. The staff were lovely and did an amazing job. They really tried to make sure we were happy with it every step of the way and tailored our looks to our personal preferences and our outfits. Extremely good value for money and an overall great experience. Would definitely go again. Thank You !!

I have been visiting The Beauty Base pretty regularly for about 3 years now and have not been disappointed once! From all my laser sessions, facials & massages.. every single visit has been beyond amazing. Staff are so polite, professional, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and are always answering any and all questions honestly with genuine care for what will work best for you. Not once have I ever felt pressured to 'buy' or felt like I was just being sold a treatment or product just for the sake of a sale. Special shout out to Sam & Maddie for always being accommodating and going above and beyond in my laser sessions, I will never go anywhere else for any beauty treatments.

Todays the first time I went there as my usual waxing place was shut. It was the most wonderful experience I’ve had going to a beauty salon. The staff are so welcoming and kind. They ask how you feel while getting ur eyebrows done. The waxing also didn’t hurt as much as it usually does. My eyebrows also look amazing! I definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience at The Beauty Base.
Dom is an outstanding hairdresser. She always cuts to perfection and styles it exactly to how I like it. It’s very hard to find a good hairdresser, so glad I’ve found mine. The salon is beautifully setup, intimate and peaceful. Cannot wait until my next appointment.
