Just bought a bottle of wine .asked the person behind the counter why same was almost half the price at Dan Murphy. Was told it's the extra cost and overheads for extra store closer to people.
I will be giving it a miss from now on and drive the extra 10 mins to first choice.

Walked in and said hi . Staff there were walking turned her around and made a fun of our hello and also made a weird body mimic with extreme rude attitude . She probably think copying us or something. Extremely rude miserable person. She is blonde one in the shop over 45 yo. Her manager was there and trying to make us believe she was actually joking between each other while we are %100 sure she is thinking she mocking us around. Someone need to remind this miserable person that her job is customer service however store managers doesn’t seem normal too. Good luck whoever bumped this miserable woman. I have her photo and already reported to bws with it.They told us they will investigate and check the camera records . ( she turned around and mimic us very clear view from camera)

This wasn’t the first time I saw her this kind of behaviour around probably she has problem with younger girls or happy people. So sad.
