Used family law and conveyancing services and would caution others to consider other law firms, my experience was shockingly awful and I’d never use or recommend them. Extremely slow and inaccurate responses which jeopardised negotiations with the other party. The conveyancer is a very rude unhelpful person who doesn’t like to communicate with anyone else, my bank manager had never dealt with anyone so unprofessional before. Never received a final statement of their charges, they just took it out of my settlement without discussion. No one ever gets back to you after you call for updates etc etc…

Terrible handling of case with lost paperwork, name calling and police called when going through vcat to get any serious action just to find my documents

Really unprofessional front office (reception staff) . Followed up by very inaccurate mediocre legal advice . If your legal matter is important to you, then I suggest you keep shopping around for a law firm that treats you like a person. This place certainly missed the mark . No good!

Poor service. Accounts sent to incorrect addresses twice. Then over due bill sent. Met to have wills prepared but never received contact again about them.
