Woolworths Moe

Pleasant checkout staff. Good produce and everyday specials. Moe store well set out with nice open spaces.

At 5:30pm Wed there isn't too many people to dodge around, which I like. The young fellas are knowledgeable about where items are, so thankyou.

Great produce. Good range of products. Staff are friendly and helpful. Inside is clean and tidy. Click and Collect is efficient, orders are rarely incorrect and products are rarely out of stock. Only major negative is that parking in the Click and Collect bays can be a bit frustrating as other shoppers sometimes park in the bays but don't actually use the service. Reversing into the bays is fine and I fully understand the idea as it's safer, but it can be hard at busy times as others get held up whilst you're trying to get into the bay. Like the new lighting in the carpark, makes night time shopping easier and safer.

7th October 23, another big shop including getting stuff for my Christmas Cake...yeah already :-) The lady on the checkout was super fast, helped me with my gift card numbers... says I blind as a bat. Thank you, I really appreciate the help this store delivers every time. It's very much appreciated.

11 August 23, now started doing my shopping in order to get 10% off using my Rewards Mobile. The staff are very helpful in this store, exceptionally helpful compared with other places. I let the staff know on the counter. Thank you.

10th April 2023 - First time doing click and collect since moving from Traralgon. After I found the bays I submitted /confirmed I was waiting and the shopping came out really quickly. Very pleasant person gave me my bags of shopping and we wished each other a pleasant day. Couldn't want for more. Thank you. 5/5

Thank you to the staff at Moe Woolworths for my first click and collect order I had this morning. My shopping was brought to the boot of my car and I appreciate all the work you do and the customer service is fantastic.
I love the set up with the notification system Woolworths provide when your order is ready and how you notify the team with the click and collect bay you are in when you arrive.
It is so easy and convenient and a must try.
I have enjoyed shopping also in store on previous occasions and the cleanese is spot on with staff wiping down registers at the self checkout after each person uses it. There is always a staff member there to help you find something and ask a question and have a fantastic variety of food that you can always purchase and find here in store.
My younger children love shopping here and always love to pick out a piece of fruit while walking around, it is one of there favourite places to go shopping and something they look forward to. If shopping at night, the lights in the car park are the best I have ever seen, it is truely amazing and I have posted photos on my profile before. Thank you Moe Woolworths team

Considering it's the day before Easter it was good, loads of people but still quick to check out and easy to get a car park so I can't complain. 😉

More of a good old fashioned country service than a Woolworths. Always nice and clean, they don't force you into the self service aisle which is brilliant. You can always find people to assist. There's a disabled person working weekdays that assists people load their cars and take trolleys back inside. Love it.

I always shop there and it is a great store . I havent been well of late and had a bit of an episode whilst shopping. The lady there I think Sharon was her name sat with me and then checked again when I was leaving. Just want to say thanks as its a bit scary when your on your own . thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised..I have always shopped elsewhere. But recently I had the need to visit woolies as well and I was very surprised to come across the varieties in a good many products not available anywhere else. I have also noticed how pleasant and helpful the staff are now which is why they originally lost me in the first place. WM

Welcome to Woolies who else has a store of young friendly employees chatting to shoppers well the Moe store does with helpful hints and ready to rush out the back of the store for any supplies that weren't on the shelf when I visited - THATS called customer service.!!!
