The technician was extremely knowledgable and helped me to understand the different options available to me. He arrived on time and was easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company as another company gave me a quote for 4 times the price and for a product that would not have been effective at my property. Without me mentioning this detail to the technician, he explained why that product would not work. I was impressed with his open nature. He also loved my chocolate lab - a sign he must be a decent bloke!

I had a termite issue which was a tricky case due to the layout of my residence. Multiple Pest Control solutions companies came to inspect and none could really determine or offer me a trusted solution. Julian from Quality Pest Control (whom was referred by a friend who had a great experience), not only to took the time to explain the situation and the various options to treat the termite issue, he was patient and offered a quote that was lower than all the other Pest Control companies - reasonable pricing, trustworthy and effective. Called pest control for our home while I was at work so my mother had to supervise them.

Price was actually lower than quoted and they treated my mother with respect during my absence. They answered all her questions, and did additional requests from her without question. They did not try to charge her more for anything during my absence.

All the things they said they would do, were done during the service. They were always friendly on the phone. Pesticide used seems to be good quality, with insects dying on the spot already. I'm very happy with this service, and especially with the way they treated my mother during my absence. I will be booking them again next year.

The service was super quick and simple, and they had explained everything they needed to do and why. They provided photos of the main areas they has sprayed, provided a brief summary, and additional tips which could help prevent insects (eg. sealing certain pipes which had outdoor access). Was super helpful in working around our busy schedule as well - definitely our go-to for when the pests start coming back!

Quality Pest Management were hired by our strata committee and treated our whole 1960's red brick building twice. They also did the inside of my flat twice. The team were easy to deal with, punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Could not ask for better, seriously! Haven't seen a roach for weeks!

Daniel was all of the above, and more. He was extremely thorough, working in all the nooks and crannies of our house, interior and exterior all included. He was very respectful of our home, removed shoes, sought permission before opening cupboards or entering any of the rooms. He gave me honest advice, saying our property only needed to get sprayed once a year (as opposed to every 6 months like everyone else has recommended in the past). The price $253 for a single storey + grannyflat was very affordablein my opinion. He even added bait to our rodent stations free of charge.

Overall, I'm an extremely satisfied customer, and I will be using this company's services again next year!
