Really enjoyed shopping here despite it being a brief stop. The store is gorgeous and it’s hard not to look at every single shelf. The Flowers are fresh and colourful and there’s a price point to suit everyone. Bought a lovely summer dress at the end of season at half price.

As a local business owner we regularly have floral bouquets made to freshen up our cafe and of course I can never resist the beautiful greenery on offer for my own home. Alisha is super knowledgeable of plants and always comes up with the most beautiful floral arrangements.

Lovely variety of arrangements at very reasonable prices. Delighted to find they're one of the few florists that deliver to Lawrence NSW, (only accessible by ferries) albeit only 2 days a week. Would help to put this on their website as I ordered for delivery on a "non Lawrence" date. However, received a prompt, friendly & helpful phone call to explain delivery times. Arrangement was delivered on time & recipients were delighted with the pretty, bright arrangement.

The owner went above and beyond after a mix up with delivery, amazing service and so very thoughtful. Highly recommend 😊

I stumbled across this shop when on holidays. I wanted to buy their beautiful plants but couldn’t transport them home. I chatted to the staff and she gave me some advice for a plant I had that was struggling. When I got home, I implemented her advice. A short time later (and still now) my plant is thriving. Willow Botanica is my happy place. From the moment you walk in to the store and are hit with the most beautiful fragrance, then the amazing decor. The plants are healthy and unique. There is always something new and lush to lust over. Great and knowledgeable customer service every time.

I live in a Brisbane but always order my flowers from Willow Botanica tor my Mother who lives in Yamba. The flowers are always stunning and last ages.
