Recently built my home with Xanvic, can’t rate them highly enough. Armen and his team made what we’ve only heard to be a stressful process so smooth and so enjoyable and they even managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. The quality and care put into the building was exceptional. Highly recommend these guys !!

The team at Xanvic are Professional, Honest, Understanding and have a lot of knowledge in the building industry when it comes to renovations and new house builds as I have had nothing but great experiences working with them on a few different projects.
I have to say if you are after high end and custom builds, Xanvic are the company to speak to.

I had such a awesome experience with XANVIC. They are a fantastic team, who are highly competent, diligent and honest. Their attention to detail, quality and extreme professionalism was fantastic. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks legends!

We had approached a number of builders to undergo a bathroom and kitchen transformation and eventually landed on Xanvic (Adric and Armen). We found their sincerity, professionalism and honesty refreshing when so many before them did not provide us with the same courtesy.

Adric took the time to understand our needs and vision for the renovation. He used his many years of experience to provide input and suggest improvements and eventually we chose to proceed with Adric and the team.

The team at Xanvic advised us the renovation would take 7 weeks and delivered to their promise, at times, working till early evening to ensure completion by the date promised.

Despite a number of running changes along the way (requested by us), Adric and the team built for us, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom that we are absolutely in awe of. Our architect was so impressed with the workmanship and professionalism, she is now looking to collaborate with them on future projects.

My only complaint - I don't have any other building needs (at this stage) as they made the process of a live-in renovation really pleasant and enjoyable.

Not a bad word to be said. Very professional and a great experience from start to finish. Every step was communicated and discussed, really keeping me in touch with the build throughout. I’m more then happy with the end product, seeing my dream turn into a reality. Would highly recommend and will be using their expertise again in the future.
