I've eaten at Sakura a number of times. The food is always excellent and consistent, and the lovely staff makes the experience very enjoyable. A very nice relaxed atmosphere. 10/10

We enjoyed a lovely evening with our 3 dogs & 2 kids. Food was delicious and service was fabulous. Our dogs & kids were made to feel very welcome. Thank you to the lovely owner for bringing water out to the dogs and for allowing us to enjoy a wonderful meal. Great find in Coffs. We will be back again

Undoubtedly the best sashimi out of Japan. I can not recommend this highly enough, the owner and staff are sensational. The food is divine and well priced. I'll be back this way for sure.

The food is excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious.

My experience here was simply awesome! We order gyoza which was just delicious, a large sashimi platter which was fresh and tender and just truly incredible. We also got a tomkatsu curry with rice and it was to die for. 10/10, I highly recommend for families and friends of all shapes and sizes. Enjoy!

Fantastic atmosphere, wonderful food and vary well mannered staff, what's not to like?
The food was very delicious and felt almost familiar even though it was my first time trying it. The drinks were great. And the friendly smiles and great hospitality, added up to make a lasting impression. I plan to become a regular customer, that's for sure.

Ate here on holidays in coffs with family. The sashimi was super fresh, food was delicious and affordable. The owner was very generous and welcoming. Thumbs up 👍 will definitely be coming back

Incredible food and atmosphere! We ordered the octopus balls, steamed + fried gyoza and tempura vegetables. The flavour combinations were fantastic and the amount feed two adults and a toddler. Service was attentive and kind, enjoying our talkative child while also being patient when too noisy. We greatly appreciated that.

Celebrated my birthday in this lovely Japanese restaurant tonight. The food is so fresh and delicious. Japanese alcohol is very tasty. The service is just amazing. I even received special treat with birthday candle from the nice boss. Really enjoyed everything here. Thank you Sakura Harbour!

Great customer service! We arrived late on a Thursday night and they found us a table, warned us about a potential longer wait for our meals, but then were very efficient and we were eating within about ten minutes. Lovely staff and delicious food - steamed pork gyoza, teriyaki chicken and okinomiyaki were great! 👌

My partner and I have been dining at Sakura since we started dating in 2017. We hadn't been for a couple of years (due to COVID etc) but revisited last night for a dose of nostalgia. We were not disappointed. This is hands down, the best Japanese on the Coffs Coast. Service is friendly and efficient, menu is simple but of the highest quality. Recommend the sashimi platter and tatika beef washed down with some warm sake. Can't wait to go back.

I won't give low stars because I'm not petty.

I was told 20 minutes for takeaway and it took 50 minutes.

Food was great, but tell me an accurate time so I'm not standing around for 30 minutes.

The customer service was extremely good from the owner and staff as they were polite and respectful. The food was exceptional with the dishes made in a matter of time and the deliverance of food was excellent towards us as the restaurant I believe is one of the best in Coffs Harbour for a Japanese restaurant of where I have been, if I can support this store then everyone can. I advise all Coffs Harbour visitors to try this restaurant.

A very cosy and comfortable restaurant.
The food is very very good, as we were a group of 10, they let us share all the dishes even including 10 pieces of everything.
Staff are very pleasant and courteous.
Highly recommend you to try.
