The nicest surprise venturing in to this pub on a Saturday evening. Exceptional service from Bree and Ben matched only by the quality and freshness of the meals! Rock flathead chips and salad easy 10/10. Chicken Parma a giant juicy chicken breast, and The Rump steak tender and perfectly cooked. All with change from 100! Already planning our next visit. Looked like the kitchen was getting busy so an early booking is a top tip.

We were looking for a stop after Wilson’s Promontory and saw the hotel offered free RV parking. What a gem we had a great very filling meal and a safe place to park our motorhome for the night. Thoroughly recommend!

We stayed in Port Albert Tuesday night but there were no restaurants open on Monday/Tuesday. Hotel owner told us to go to Victoria Hotel and we loved the food especially the scollaps. Nice warm place to sit for dinner and drinks. Very good memory!

Seafood basket was excellent! The fish, calimari and scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious, prawn twister was also very good. Prawns and salad were okay. The scalloped potatoes were an excellent touch. The staff were very accommodating too and the beer garden out the back was spacious and very modern. Would highly recommend!

We were looking for somewhere open for lunch on Australia Day, drove past and noticed a few cars so looked up reviews and they were positive so gave it a go. Did not disappoint!
Service was great and meals were HUGE - definitely order the half serve unless you are starving.
Seafood was fresh and steak cooked perfectly.
Even with public holiday surcharge (which is everywhere anyway!) the value was great.
We left full and happy!

Booked a table between Christmas and new years for 18ish adults, 3 toddlers and 3 dogs. Food came out quickly after we ordered even when pretty much every table was booked. Beers were cold and the food was stellar. Will absolutely return.

I love the Albo. As a local, this is the best pub in the area. Always good food and very fresh seafood, and made to feel welcome. I would love to see some regular changes to the menu as I've tried nearly everything. Highly recommend.

Love this place, my go to when I'm staying in the area. Been many times now and love the service and feel of the place. A good tip is book yourself in before turning up, they get busy especially at peak times. Do yourself a favour and pop in for a cold one or a feed 👍

Great food, cold beer and lovely hosts. I ordered the flake and not only was it beautiful local fish and cooked perfectly it was HUGE...three big bits of flake and heaps of chips...I'll be back! Thank you!

Great classic pub. Lovely Beer on tap, cold & crisp, clean lines. Food was excellent. Ate with my dad and my partner, we all enjoyed our meals and will defo eat again. Staff were lovely, polite and good character about them. Does what it says on the tin and does that very well.

Best pub meal we have had in Gippsland in the last 10 months. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome, food is well cooked and presented beautifully. 10/10 Guys

Awesome old fashion pub, fantastic meals and don't worry if you have a dog, the beer garden out the back is great.

Great pub on a lonely stretch of road. Rissoles for $17 and $9.5 Carlton pints absolute bargain. I’ll be back!

I visited this hotel back in 2018 and for dinner ate one of the best Chicken Parma Pyjamas I have ever eaten in a long time. Also the hotel has a very community like feel where you can meet up with friends and meet the local regular patrons.
Keep up the wonderful work!

The meals are great. Especially the Grilled Scallops. Large portion and delicious. We ordered the soup of the day, Pork chops and Chicken pam, they were all very tasty. 5 stars for sure!!!

It's a warm, friendly and fun country pub.
