First time I've bought from Flower Scentral. Ordered online late Sunday pm. and delivered by 11am. Monday. A beautiful large boxed arrangement of fresh flowers for my wife's birthday. She is stoked and very impressed (with me and the flowers 😊❤💋). From previous experience, well priced also. Will certainly use Flower Scentral when we need flowers again.

Their website is very informative with prices and pictures for available products. Booking for same day delivery only took a couple of painless minutes and the lady I spoke to was very professional and efficient. Beautiful flowers arrived today. Excellent condition and beautifully presented. Have sent a message re the bottle of wine.

First time I have used this company and I won’t do it again, although they were actually recommended by another florist. Once they had received our money, and we tried to call them to get an update on our delivery, despite leaving several voice messages, no one called us back. We also sent an email. Unfortunately my mum had been rushed into hospital so we wanted to have the flowers redirected, which we would’ve paid for, but no one even have the decency to call us back. Really disappointing. The flowers were left out in 40+ degrees of heat. This is so sad, because the flowers would’ve looked absolutely stunning and the bouquet very pretty.
All we wanted was a phone call back from the company.
Oh well, money not well spent.

My husband paid $330 for half dead flowers, a vase that the flowers couldn’t possibly fit into and a non- delivered bottle of wine . The answer - not their problem and oops sorry about the wine .
I am so upset as the flowers were delivered yesterday afternoon and are ready for bin today. Shocking service !!

Can’t believe we weren’t even bid the time of day. The owner must be very busy online as we were basically not wanted in the shop. The sad part is that the flower arrangements are stunning.

Payed $115 for an overpriced, ugly looking bouquet of flowers that I pre-ordered. Would not recommend to get your bouquets from here.
