Excellent range of bbq's & accessories makes it worth the trip alone. The staff were very friendly with plenty of bbq tips offered. Genuine customer service was absolutely refreshing 👌.

We don't generally provide reviews on retailers like BBQ'S Galore, but we felt that their efforts required some recognition where deserved.

Just had an excellent experience with the customer service in store today. I had an issue, Hannah and the team smashed it out the park. It's no nonsense interactions like this that keep you coming back. Anyone can sell you something, real businesses maintain that relationship through true customer service.

Wow what can I say except how amazing the service I received was at this store. I wanted to buy a Ziggy and this young man Jacob was incredible, he explained everything to me thoroughly and always had a smile on his face. If I need anything in future I’ll definitely be asking for Jacob again, this man needs a raise!

Brilliant customer service by Jacob, Coffs Harbour Store. After being told that we were unable to purchase an outdoor setting, due to low stock. This young man went above and beyond with his customercare and assistance to organise our purchase. Having trained customercare myself, I cannot recommend Jacob enough for his fantastic, beautiful manners and outstanding customer service. An absolute delight and I have recommended this company to multiple friends and family. Jacob management should promote you, for your outstanding effort.

Parking was easy, great staff knowledge, had stock on hand, including extras, price and quality of goods was terrific (bought a Ziggy) and very helpful with loading all of our purchases into our car. Recommended!

I recently went into Barbeques Galore to purchase some cushions for my outdoor lounge setting, and was impressed by the range of stock in store as well as the service. I was served by Hannah who went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I was looking for, and answered all of my questions with confidence. I’ll definitely be back!

I don’t often write reviews, however, the service I received from Hannah was absolutely flawless, and refreshing to see from and employee. Her in depth knowledge , enthusiasm and honesty on the kamado Joe model ranges was spot on. Hannah was very approachable and down to earth and never made us feel stupid for asking questions (she had a extensive knowledge so could answer everything we asked).
If you’re considering buying a kamado joe I’d highly recommend going to the Coffs Harbour store and speaking with Hannah.

Two years later I have struck another problem. The metal frame that holds the door glass in rusted out and the fibre glass rope seal had deteriorated and fallen apart. So back I went to Barbeques Galore Coffs Harbour, not only did Phil the guy that helped me last time remember my name he also remembered the model of wood heater that I have. He sorted out the parts for me and gave me detailed instructions on how to fit it all together. Once again I am very happy with the service and the metal frame was far cheaper than what other companies are selling them for on the internet. I must say I have always found all the staff very friendly and helpful, the manager Hannah, Phil, Brad and the gang are doing a great job, it annoys me some of the negative comments in the reviews which are definitely not my experience.

I have an old Norseman Wood Heater that was showing its age and not working very efficiently. I was looking at the new heaters. and described my problems to one of the staff members. He advised me that all my problems could be fixed and for $175 I now have a heater that works like new and is safe and efficient. Thanks guys you really know wood heaters!

Very good customer care service from the staff, today. They walked me through the different barbecues that allowed me to make an informed decision on my next barbecue. Very happy with my
purchase.

I walked into the store knowing absolutely nothing about barbeques. The manager helped me find the exact barbeque I wanted and understood everything I was after. I was able to set up my outdoor setting exactly how I wanted full credit to Hannah the manager of the store couldn’t have given me better service.

Went in store to buy smoker pellets and straight off the bat Jacob was super helpful.
And I wasn’t really sure what rub would go with lamb, he pointed me in the right direction.

My partner and I were in with a bunch of questions today. Phil helped us and exceeded our expectations, he was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.
