We purchased our motorhome from RV Central - Coffs Harbour back in 2021. Mark and his team have been extremely helpful with any of our queries and have addressed all of our warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.

Mark the manager did the handover (and a brilliant job he did) for our Avan when we collected it from Penrith a couple of years ago. He always had time to talk on the phone to my husband about any little areas we’d forgotten or ideas we had about changing things. We were delighted to catch up with him in Coffs last month and discuss changes we’d made to our SandrAvan. If only customer service for everything we buy was as good as that provided by Mark the world would be a better place.

We took our 2010 M3 to Avan Coffs Harbour re the handle breaking on the bathroom door, as well as having a new security door fitted. Mark could not have been more helpful. Very pleased to have Avan in Coffs Harbour.

Called in for some advice and prices and Mark showed us how to fix our problem with the awning without spending a cent. Got to be happy with that. Very refreshing Mark knows his stuff

Bev & Peter Mantova- Forster NSW. Would like to update our review. We Have Changed our opinion of this dealer. After buying a used van off them for $41,888(which they gave to us for $39,000 CASH) we thought we had done very we. On our first trip away in the van the fridge would not work After ringing Harbour city caravans we we told there was no warranty on it. If we wanted to take it up they would have a look at it. As we live in Forster we would have to go all the way to Coffs Harbour and stay somewhere while they had a look at it. We have 2 small dogs that we travell with so we would also have to have them boarded somewhere while in Coffs. This would all be extra expense. We have had it fixed in Forster at an expense of over $1500. Makes us wonder if they knew about the fridge before we took delivery of the van and that is why we got the good discount as they knew we would have to spend about the same on fridge repair. Very disappointed and will not go to them again. Our van before this one was bought from 7th street caravans in Newcastle and not nearly as expensive as this one and we got a 3 months warranty on it.BEWARE.

Totally ignore the bad mouthing an individual using the tag "krug B" wrote about Avan Coffs Harbour two years ago. He had dealt with a business that occupied the building before Avan leased the premises. Mark Little, the manager of Avan Coffs Harbour, appealed to "krug B" to delete his unfair post, but of course he hasn't. When one scans the many reviews "krug B" has posted, one can't help wondering how many other businesses have been liabled by this person.
