I left my battered bike there and got it back like new, super happy with the cost. I worked hard to pay off the repairs and just wanted to say thank you for your fair and reasonable pricing. Also happy because we have since bought a dirty possum bike rack at a competitive price. Definitely My go-to bike shop

Bought a New Giant Mountain Bike here last week. Very happy with the Service, the Price and the honesty on what i had chosen. The owner was helpful in making my choice without the hard sell, for a bike that suited my needs and my budget. Definitely recommend.

Big shout out to the Giant team in Coffs Harbour, they replaced the motor on my e-bike while under warranty (parts and labour)and I was back on the road in a week, awesome bike shop, thanks again.

Went there at the last minute before closing time to ask for a flat tyre to be repaired. Even during their busy Christmas period, they replaced the tube on the spot. As we are staying in Sawtell, it saved us the time of an extra trip. Very accommodating and great service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! As soon as you walk in, if they are dealing with another customer , they say "We'll be with you in a minute. " It's good to be acknowledged on arrival.

Not all businesses do that. In another cycle shop outside of Coffs Harbour, I had to wait for 15 mins behind the only other customer there before i was acknowledged at all. So i left.

The guys provided great service when I realized I had ordered the wrong size bike . They reordered the correct size and even threw in a free basket. They really look after the locals . 5 stars

riley just gave me awesome service as i had 2 flat tyres and no pump no charge and he gave me a dust cap to replace my split one really top bloke with a refreshing good attitude so will be back lol cheers donny boambee

Best bike shop in town.

Ventoux Cycles is the barbershop of cycle shops. Sometimes I just go in and unload my heart to the boys and one of them puts a firm hand 1.5m from my shoulder and tells me its gunna work out. Sometimes they fix my bike and I'm always happy with the service.

Great Service! Would highly recommend. Fixed up the Di2 on my new Giant (after a crash) in no time, after I spent hours at home trying to diagnose the problem myself.

Professional staff really know their stuff recently purchased my 6th bike from them. Highly recommend.
