I was very pleased with the help I received at Kiama Cycles, very helpful with a friendly service. I had repairs needed to my bike along with a long overdue servicing all of which were carried out in a timely matter and the costs involved were what I had expected. I'll be back for all my bike needs.I strongly recommend this business.

Spontaneous 'pop in' on a beautiful day. Family run bicycle business that fitted my children up with e-bikes and helmets to explore the local surrounds. Great customer service, highly recommend 👌.

Just before Christmas 2023 my e mountain bike failed. I rang the guys at Kiama Cycles and they said bring it in and they will look at it. I also needed a full service including forks and shock. All this was done over the Christmas New year period. They done a fantastic job and reasonably priced. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and experienced. In the same timeframe they rebuilt a rear wheel on my wifes bike. My other Merida emtb failed shortly after and again was sorted out buy the mechanics. The shop is well appointed and they have 2 mechanics and go out of their way to help. Definitely would recommend for any cycle problems

Having just moved to Kiama I needed my bike serviced. The guys at Kiama Cylces were great. They shared with me some cycle options around the area. Bike service was great value and they are clearly very knowledgeable. Definitely my new “go to” bike shop.

The service on my ebike was great - I felt the difference as soon as I rode it. Very smooth in braking, changing of gears and the motor sounded quieter when in operation. I was kept in the loop regarding the repairs and the cost involved, and the work only went ahead after I agreed to the work. And my bike was shiny and clean on pick up. Overall, a positive experience and I will continue to have my bike serviced at Kiama Cycles.

The team at Kiama cycles are lovely. We dropped in to get a bike for our daughter and the customer service was impeccable. We were spotted as we arrived in, greeted and helped straight away. Giving helpful advice on best bike etc. one that will last as our daughter grows. They were super knowledgeable, accommodating and have great products of the highest quality and a wide range. We ended up leaving with more than we bargained for, after test riding an e- bike. But happy to be buying from such a lovely family owned business.
