The best gym in Mudgee! Probably the best one in a couple of hundreds kilometres in diameter too.

This ultra modern gym is equipped with spacious exercise area, ladies gym, class room, cycling room, warming up area, etc.

They upgraded and moved to this new location in early 2023 after successful long term management of the previous gym.

The gym also offers various options of classes and personal training.

If you are thinking of joining a gym membership or just for casual entry during your visit in Mudgee, this gym is undoubtedly your first choice.

The place is spacious, and every time I visit, it’s always clean and well-organized. The equipment is in great condition, and I’ve never found it too crowded, which makes it easier to have a good workout.

We hired bikes from here to cycle around the Mudgee wineries over the weekend and were impressed with the service. We were able to arrange a pick up time on Sunday and the man that greeted us was friendly and helpful. He helped us get suitable bikes as well as checking our planned route before giving us a good tip to avoid the traffic getting out of town! The bikes were well maintained and suitable and they also provided us with a bottle of water each and a mobile number to call if we got stuck. Good value as well....

Best gym around with awsome new equipment and the best staff

Was looking for a day pass as I was only in town for a short time and this place is great. Looks small from outside, but it's huge with everything you could need - cardio room, weights room with a mix of machine stations and free weights, studio with ropes, heavy bag etc. A bit old school, but way better than the glossy chain places that charge an arm and a leg. Great place, friendly staff.

Simple facade from the street. But inside, this place has more than anyone needs to improve their physical abilities. Unpretentious, affordable, well-equipped. And best of all (in my opinion): no aggravating music when i was there early arvo to squeeze in some exercise.
