I run a wedding photography and film business and after a recommendation I came to TI for my first build. From the get go I was so impressed that T.I did not try to upsell me but simply listened and recommended what was needed for my specific needs; (editing raw 6k footage and photos).

3 years later as I expand my business, I'm ordering my 3rd build and will continue to use this fantastic company for all high end production power needs.

I took my Alienware X51 in earlier this week assuming it was completely dead with Dell telling me to get a new motherboard (super hard due to highly customised parts), but John fixed it the same day! Because of how heavily customised the Alienware stuff is he had to MAKE a fan to do so. I still can't believe he did this, it's now running amazingly for a very reasonable price. Very friendly, honest and helpful with advice. Have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

I have just received my 2nd TI built gaming computer which I asked for a number of unique issues to be solved including the transfer of the operating system and hard drives from my older TI built PC to my new one.

The new PC is beautiful and it was incredibly seamless. John saved me at least a month of work by being able to perfectly recreate my old system onto the new build. And the turnaround was so fast he had the job done before I was ready to come and pick the PC up!

I purchased a computer from TI four years ago. Worked faultlessly until yesterday when it developed a fault. Took it into TI today and it was fixed by this afternoon. It was a disk error, but lucky for me I purchased a TI computer with RAID and two disks, so I did not lose any data. I am surprised by the negative reviews here because my experience with TI and John are first rate. I highly recommend both their computers and their service.

I have been going to John's shop for many years now, and always received the best help, information and quality products, at very competative prices. In the past month I have bought a "John special" laptop, and also sent my daughter and a best friend there, who were both delighted at the result and price.
John is quiet and unassuming, but will get up from what he's working on, with a smile, to help you. He regularly gets great reviews in APC magazine for his special builds, yet is equally happy to specify modifications to standard computers that make them stand out, and last for the maximum time. He has, as an OEM builder, access to special models seemingly built at the manufacturers to his requirements, like a Lenevo with faster processor than can be found by searching the internet. If you are willing to listen to his recommendations, you can't go wrong.

While the showroom isn't flashy, you are paying for top service, warranties that I've never seen in the industry (five years for no extra cost) amazing knowledge but best of all low prices! TI regularly make systems that win monthly competitions based on price and performance (PC User magazine, PC Authority plus others ) plus they carry a great range of accessories. Best prices with best service makes the drive to Crows Nest a no-brainer!

I have purchased two quality desktop PC's from John (one top of the line gaming rig 3 yrs ago and one powerful desktop for my father last year). I was recommended TI computers from a friend and they're literally fantastic. Only complaint is the website doesn't look modern/flashy however it serves the job perfectly at displaying all of the computer specs that you need to custom create your gaming rigs.
I love the way everything is customisable. And you can't beat next day pick-up (A much more enjoyable experience than ordering my previous computers through dell ahaha..)

This guy is the real deal. If you want quality custom builds, overclocking and advice go to this place. A truely passionate man behind this business. Even let me try the Vive for free and play on it for around 30 minutes becaused I asked. Highly recommend this business.
