My partner and I are thrilled with our new kitchen from kutchenhaus! The invisible induction cooktop has exceeded our expectations and is like no other - it’s stunning, easy to clean and extremely efficient! Andre and Richard were great to work with and helped to make the installation process as seamless as possible by helping with the co-ordination of tradespeople. I highly recommend kutchenhaus if you’re looking for a quality, timeless kitchen.

We had seen Andre and the Kutchenhaus products at the Sydney home improvement show two years before we did our kitchen renovations. When we looked at options, we came back to Kutchenhaus as the design and quality were exactly what we were looking for and the cost was comparable to other brands. Andre and his team in Willoughby were really helpful and worked with us to produce a design that worked with our available space and didn’t compromise on quality. We had some issues on installation, but we have a 130 year old house with walls that weren’t exactly square, and these were all sorted out professionally and to our satisfaction. The end result is exactly what we were hoping for and I’d be happy to recommend Kutchenhaus and Andre to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen.

Fantastic to work with - Andre and Richard did an amazing job with our kitchen, butlers pantry and outdoor kitchen renovation. Will definitely use again. All completed on time before Christmas with excellent attention to detail and quality. Highly recommend these guys.

We had an old kitchen that must have been demolished totally, measured, designed from scratch and fully installed with all new cabinets and appliances. Kevin with the help of his experienced wife and a good plumber / électricien was in charge of demolition and installation. Tracy was in charge of the design and Andre (the owner) was in charge of the order and follow up from Germany, with his good team (in particular Geoff and Richard, the store managers) which made it happen. From the concept design to full installation, it took one year ( from Apr 2021 to Apr 2022) as the delivery was impacted by Covid. We could not ask for a better result. Everything was installed and was working to the plan. If I want to score the Kutchenhaus Team out of a 100% as a perfect delivery, I give 100% to Kevin both for his knowledge, dedication and skill. I give over 90% to Andre, Tracy and other Team members and despite the late delivery I give 100% to the German manufacturer of Kutchenhaus. The only mistake I made, was exclusion of the electrical work from the Kevin works. I fully recommend Kutchenhaus as a very professional kitchen team from concept design to full installation.

I was sure I didn't want another locally made kitchen but I didn't really know what I was after. When I stepped into Kutchenhaus Willoughby and when I saw the designs they had in the showroom I had a feeling this was what I was after. The designs are unique but will wear the test of time. Also the cost of the kitchen worked out around the same as a high end local kitchen. It does take much longer than a local kitchen but I was happy to wait. The quality of my kitchen what you expect from German engineering. The installation process is good and the small issues were dealt with professionally. I would be happy to recommend Andre and his team and his kitchens.

Apartment renovation kitchen. We were looking for about 6 months and went through the myriad of experiences that are probably common when organising a new kitchen and it was a dispiriting process.

By chance I went in and saw Andre and he seemed to understand what I was looking for - a good quality, functional kitchen at a reasonable price.

He and Richard were straight onto it, measured and priced up (and remeasured with the installers) within a week, then ordered. Each step there was the option to upspec or be mindful of price, and they helped out with appliances as well.

We had a goal to finish by end of year and it has been installed exactly as promised. We’re really pleased with the result it was worth the wait and process of elimination until we came across Kuchenhaus.

Relocated to Melbourne, but Andre still made it happen for us. Delivered the whole kitchen to us in Melbourne. Awesome kitchen. Really happy with the quality of it. Love German engineering design, durable and can be tested with time 👍🏻

Our family had a great experience with Andre Dowling. Within 5 minutes of walking into the showroom everything was organised for us and nothing was a hassle. We had an amazing designer called Steve. When he came to our house he knew exactly what we wanted and delivered perfectly. We went for a thick laminate looking bench top, very modern (concrete look) combining kitchen and office facilities for my husband who works from home. Yes, as it is a german kitchen you need to wait atleast 3 months as the kitchen is flatpacked in Germany and shipped over. We used Sentup to install and had no issues. Sentup organisers, Electricians, Plumbers and Tilers and everything is co-ordinated. Very happy with the finished product at a very reasonable price. Thanks again Andre and your team. After a long search we came across Kutchenhaus in Willoughby. Andre Dowling helped us to design and choose a really special kitchen. The materials look stunning and work well. Very happy with the end result.

Really not recommend this business as the business owner Andre Dowling is not trustworthy and the business is tight financially because they do not pay the supplier and right now he is trying to play tricky thing on the court.

We have been Andre Dowling's supplier since 2013 and looked after him for his signage needs from his previous brand Cavallo Kitchen and then he changed the name to Kutchenhaus Kitchen. Because we trusted him which is a huge mistake, we did not take the deposit for his job after 2018 . Unfortunately, after we finished 5 signage jobs valued $12000, he stopped to pay us even though he kept promised to pay the bill. Until Now, we still have not received any payment and as a result, we sued him on the court. On court, Andrew started to play tricky thing as he told the court that the job we did for his other 2 stores are not his business - he sold those 2 stores sometime ago.

We will keep fighting with this business even that means we will spend more money. But at last, do not deal with business as you might have no warranty anytime in near future.

The worst experience of my life. So many mistakes and nearly a year to finish!!
Despite the response below, I never "admitted I had a gorgeous kitchen" it is the biggest disappointment... Our problems were not fixed perfectly we still have uninstalled parts that you supplied that have not been dealt with.. and the delay was mostly caused by your measurements being wrong and we had to wait months for the next shipment to replace the bench, amongst other things!!!!

It's terrible experience. They made design mistakes and order mistakes, but they don’t take any responsibility for this. it’s never carried out what they said. The contracted installer had made mistakes for installation and they didn’t take any responsibility of this either. All over those make us spend an extra couple $K and it took 9 months to finish. During this term, it’s difficult to contact them, no response. They don’t care that state of the goods and the project after the payment. Strongly not recommend.
