NAB Branch - Highpoint

REASON FOR VISIT: Opening new bank account.

Only bank in the area that was able to help me without needing to make an appointment a week in advance.
The staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful, even stayed back 10 minutes after closing to make sure I was all set up.
From my experience they're friendly and helpful, go out of their way to help and ensure you're request has been completed 100% before you leave.

Payment on my own bank account details are given the jo to get the past statement for my payment that was sent by the electronic verification of my resume to unemployment benefits of Centrelink and I asked the statement for the date, and month and year of started. This is my experience with this bank that I nominated for receiving the payment of my benefits to rent assistance with my jobseeks payment. From 2016 to 2019 I suppose to receive these benefits payment of rent assistance, but the bank can't give me the right statement for this.centrelic give me the copy of my bank details that they sent it to my account number of 083315/365848012

10/10 would recommend setting up your personal banker at this branch.
Discuss with the manager how to get a banker assigned to you there as they are always willing to sit and have a chat if need be to discuss finances.

Fantastic service by customer service lady at Highpoint store after having an appalling experience at Westpac Highpoint (do not ever bank in that branch) the lady in customer service at the NAB on the 16/5/19 at about 2.45pm was an absolute delight. Kind sincere and helpful she is definItely an asset to the company.

Never had a problem with staff at this branch since it was refurbished (est 2017). Seem friendly and willing to help.

Very slow customer service. Even after an enormous wait in line they direct you to the machines.

Need more staffs on weekend

Very unorganised branch, no leadership and needs a bit of reorganisation. No acknowledgment of customers needing help with a long queue.

There needs to be a staff member directing customers and staff members to get the service they need, rather than having all staff members occupied and all other customers who needs help just wait and hope you get the service you need.

The cash exchange machine always ran out of 50c and 20c change. I’ve come here many times and most of the time I have to go to queue on ONE teller to get the 50c and 20c.
I hope they can refill the machine with more 50c and 20c so I can go back to my business ASAP.

The bank note exchange machine is never operating properly, it’s either frozen, out of change or takes the money and spits out coins instead of any notes I’ve selected. When talking to the tellers they had their backs turned to me and out of 4 of them I was only approached when I asked the same question the third time to get their attention, when I was talking to them, they gave me a phone number to call to ask them to fix it and would not even come to look at the machine or help me or give me the change themselves, this is the level of customer service they give on every occasion. I am a manager of a store at highpoint and need to use NAB machines to have change to give customers it’s pretty appalling service and should be investigated to find the root of the technical and customer service issues they have been having for at least the past year!

I recently signed up for the straight up credit card with NAB and provided relevant ID including relevant checks and also had a normal savings card a not even two weeks with everything being approved all my mobile and internet banking was blocked could not use my card and told to come into branch for further verification, shouldnt verification all those hoops be done first . stupid decision i made but that is what you expect with big 4 banks stupid pathetic and useless. im glad im with bendigo bank.

I was to work from home on monday 8th Jan now i have to come into a branch simply because I got a message saying my lending needs further verification despite uploading a week ago drivers license and medicare card and other ID to make 100 points. I will defitnitely close my NAB accounts Monday 8 Jan . CBA much better out of the big 4 communication was upfront about coming to the branch and ID . I understand no banks are perfect however if one were to use the big 4 and your thinking of using /joining NAB please everyone choose CBA or Bendigo Bank and highly suggest looking outside of the BIG 4. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE OR JOIN NAB JOIN CBA OR any other bank outside the Big 4

THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I lost my money in the coin dispenser ATM, no one would help me reclaim the money that I lost in the machine. The lady took my details and said she would call me but 5 days later still no call! I have tried calling several times but no answer. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. Worst customer service, they simply do not care. I am so angry, actually disgusted

Horrible customer service and technical support. Recently got money stuck in the ATM, it took weeks to get my money out and in the process their support was not at any acceptable standard. You may be thinking why not filled complaint I did but later found it wasn’t lodged at all.

I lost my coins deposit thru the ATM. The staff at this branch insisted that the coins deposit machine has nothing wrong. They couldn't find the money and my ATM card history, and said it could be fallen in the drop box. If so, why don't they investigate and check the CCTV to find out who took the money, whether it is customers or staff. They can do nothing on this incident, it feels like they don't want to know who was after me and took the heaps of coins. I don't feel secure at this branch and no proper customer service I can get today. People should avoid this branch if you just simply want your money safe.

One of the asian women spoke impolitely and face aggressively. She asked me to go back to call myself, then why set up the stores everywhere?

Services is terrible staff are poorly trained standing in the queue and the staff went off the teller serve someone else just walk in the office.
