Getting into an accidental is one of the worst feelings in the world but good to know that these guys are here to help in the middle of such a stressful experience.

I’m in the right were so easy to deal with. They were fast to accommodate my needs. They arranged and dropped off a vehicle to my location within 1.5 hours. Car was impeccable and Jasmine was so lovely deal with she explained everything to me. All in all my experience was great. Highly recommend Jasmine and I’m in the right! Thank you 😊

First time experiencing this type of service and it’s excellent thus far.
My loan car arrived on time at the repair shop and Ibrahim was very customer friendly.
The car provided is almost new and a similar type to my current vehicle.
The whole process has been informative and simple. Email and mobile messages are bang on ❗ (immediate responses and updates)

I have since tried to do some follow-up with IITR but their responses are poor and phone contact is via overseas help desk. Surely there should be a local contact number or location for that quick query. Perhaps i should mark them down but the initial service was very good.

What a stress free way of getting a replacement vehicle… through I’m In The Right . 👌Warm ,friendly staff who brought the vehicle to my home immediately after I put my car in to be repaired.
The return process was smooth, precise and all I had to do was to pick up my newly repaired car and there they were , even before I arrived, to exchange vehicles.
Easiest process I have encountered when dealing hire car dealers.
I will always choose these guys in the future because they effectively and efficiently take control of the situation and allow the customer, myself in this instance , to experience a problem - free exchange with wide , wide open smiles the cherry on top.

How wonderful is this service & team. So helpful during the most stressful of times. The admin team sorted everything for me and made everything so simple. Lana who delivered the courtesy car to the Royal children's Hospital for me was a pure gem. She was timely, made me feel comfortable and supported and guided me through all the steps, let me know what to do next and showed me all the ins and outs of the car. I don't know what I would be doing without this car right now as I need to travel from home to the hospital daily for my son who is going through the chemo journey. This team is amazing and life savers. 5*s is not enough!

Great service from these guys. Easy process, good communication and excellent customer service.

Kim was absolutely fantastic at collection.
She had communication, prompt and very professional. She was extremely thorough with the details and information provided, and tried to make the process as simple and straight forward as possible for me.
She explained all the contact information for the organisation and road side assist etc.
I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.
