South Coast Holiday Rentals

A group of 7 of us stayed here over 3 x nights to attend our friend's wedding and we all absolutely LOVED it at Deck 34! Every comfort you could want, this place has :) Close to everything: 7 Mile Beach, Blue Swimmer Cafe (perfect for early morning coffee runs), Fisherman's Boat Club are all short walking distance and Gerringong is a 5 minute drive away. The house itself is so beautiful, newly renovated, dishwasher, games room with extra couches and mini bar fridge, it's great! The deck and view is stunning with a BBQ all set up ready to go. It was fairly cold during our stay with strong Southerly winds but the heater was perfect and warmed the whole house easily. Finally, the South Coast Holidays staff were all so lovely and efficient, from making the initial enquiry right up until our last day. They were so helpful and replied to all of our questions immediately throughout the booking process, we really appreciated their help and would definitely book with them again at any of their properties :)

FANTASTIC HOUSE AND LOCATION!!
We had a wonderful weekend at this house. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Just up the road from a great coffee shop and a few minutes walk to the beach. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated with a huge front balcony. We loved having afternoon drinks on the balcony while looking at the ocean - think this was our favourite spot! Everything about this house is great and we couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely be back to stay at Green Door!

Spacious two level accommodation with beach views. Well designed open plan apartment, with good sized kitchen, large main bedroom, and, dining / lounge areas under high ceilings. Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and separate living area with pullout couch - great for kids to do their own thing. Large balcony with views of the beach - perfect for that morning cuppa, late afternoon drink or bbq. Great location with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and cafe and even closer to the general store. Definitely recommend and will return.

Absolutely perfect. I stayed with five friends and the view was perfect from the kitchen to the balcony. The aircon worked a treat and there was privacy when required as well as a games room and extra bathroom downstairs. It was the closest we had ever been to the beach. What a delightful stay! We will be back there for sure.

Fantastic. We were a group of 4-5 women playing golf which was only a 5 minute drive from the house. The house was fitted with everything you could possibly want or need. We had never seen a rental property with so much cooking utensils/crockery/glasses etc. Even though we didn't have children with us there were so many toys, books etc to entertain them. Great location and we really enjoyed our walk out the back gate onto the lake. Highly recommend....

Beautiful beach house. Great position and was perfect for my family weekend getaway. The house was beautifully furnished. a couple of little things to make it perfect; hand wash is provided in the bathrooms so why not body wash, please clean out the light fittings in the upstairs lounge area as they were full of dead bugs(a little yucky) and some instructions to work out the floor heating in the bathrooms would be handy. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a family weekend away in Gerringong and everything was perfect. The welcome cheese platter and bottle of wine were a delightful surprise as was the accommodation. The house was very spacious with plenty of room and televisions for everyone to be able to relax and have time out as required. Would not hesitate to use again and also to recommend South Coast Holiday Rentals.

Great house great location, we love it as do our children. Nobleview always has a lovely sea breeze. The design allowed the kids to have their own space while we relaxed with the cricket and tennis. I think it is the third or fourth time we have rented but I know it wont be the last.

The Elms property at Berry is just magnificent. All that you need for a very relaxing break from the hustle and bustle. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean. A delightful place to unwind with family and friends. Would highly recommended for the peace and tranquility, yet still close to Berry town.

Absolutely exceptional property. The views were incredible, every room had spare blankets and the kitchen was equiped with everything you could possibly need and more! I would definitely recommend this property to any large family or group.

Banyon, Culburra Beach is a gorgeous house, perfectly positioned and has plenty of room inside and out to enjoy a great holiday. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen well equipped and living areas spacious for an extended family stay. The cottage was great too. Le Bron (the dog) loved the flat yard, and access to the beach & felt secure with the fences/gates. SCHolidays were very accommodating during the booking process - thank you. Hope to be back!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary Point over the festive season. The house was well equipped and in a great spot. Great to have use of the kayaks. Also pleased that it was pet friendly.

We had the loveliest stay at this property. My husband and I arrived with our two sleepy kids and their Grandmother at night and the wood fire in the kitchen had already been put on. The grand old farmhouse was a beautiful and spacious home with lovingly restored period features (tall ceilings & verandas & fire) and was lovingly decorated with original artworks. The kids loved the bath in the newly renovated bathroom and the tv with Netflix! We slept well in comfy beds, had wifi, heaters, woodfire (with wood), coffee machine (with coffee pods) and extra blankets for winter. Our kids loved exploring the garden and meeting the owner's two adorable puppies. The location is fantastic - feels remote and is very pictureseque - yet super close by car to Kiama & all local attractions. We had complete privacy and were just happy to catch our hosts as we left to say thanks and goodbye. We have already booked our next stay. Thanks again! Mel & family.

Great Family Holiday House. It's a beautiful location. Lots and Lots of space for kids to play. Surrounded by natural beauty and open fields. House was really clean when we arrived and it was full of all the features mentioned in the ad. Fireplace was awesome (and warm). We loved it, kids loved it. Will visit again.

We stayed at Lands End and the place was so beautiful. Well designed, beautiful views and containing all the facilities you would hope.
Have been using South Coast Holiday Rentals for over 15 years and never disappointed. Have tried other rental property companies, on occasion, but find them disappointing so keep returning to SCHR.

We spent a great couple of weeks at Saltash and the Boatshed. It is a perfect house for a family group with children. Lots of space and very quiet. The layout meant that no one felt on top of each other but we were all together. The house is well equipped and we didn't feel anything was missing. Everyone at South Coast Holidays was helpful and made sure all went well. We loved it and hope to be back.

We had a wonderful time! It was a great house, our children (and we) really liked the garden. A beautiful house with lovely views of the mountains from the porch. Also the house has been kept in very good condition.

We stayed at the Gatehouse at Eagleview Park, Foxground and couldn't recommend it more highly. The peaceful setting - between rain forest and grazing cattle - and facilities are top notch and the South Coast beaches are only 10 minutes away. The hosts Helen and Bernard are very friendly and accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome.

A friend and I spent 3 nights here with our 3 kids ages 16,14 and 12. The cottage is adorable and beautifully renovated. Directly opposite the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and the cottage had an amazing collection of movies so on lazy afternoons you can relax and read or watch a movie. We will definitely be back as Weri beach is a slice of heaven and Geringong is a quaint town with great shops, cafes and restaurants.

This property is in a great location with spectacular bay view and immediate beach/headland access.
It is comfortable, well appointed and ideal for two families.
The westerly aspect can be a problem in summer and the air conditioning is therefore essential. A pergola/sunshade on the upper deck would be a valuable and necessary addition.
The property is in need of some major repair and renovation both inside and out.
