Giant Mudgee

I purchased a Giant Fastroad AR1 back in December of 2023, and I must say, it has been an absolutely fantastic bike. Over the past few months, I've logged approximately 500km on it, and it's still performing flawlessly.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received at the store. Not only was the purchasing process smooth and efficient, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully satisfied. They even took the time to fit the extra accessories I purchased on the day at no extra cost, ensuring that I was ready to hit the road right away.

Overall, my experience with Giant and their Fastroad AR1 has been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service, Joel and his team were fabulous, taking the time to choose the best size and model of bike for me. They had bikes in stock in Australia and were prompt ordering when I’d made a decision. Great people and great value gear, which is hard to find these days. Stoked to have a shop like this in the Central West.

What an outstanding bike shop.
We were travelling through Mudgee and only there for the night.
Messaged Joel via his web site text on a Sunday looking for a part, he replied within minutes to say he could help.
We arrived at the shop and he couldn’t do enough to help us.
I also had an issue with my front disc. He took the bike immediately and Dusty weaved his magic to sort the problem.

Heaps of the latest gear and Giant bikes to choose from and the staff are fun and professional. 7 bikes purchased over the recent years for family (mostly 4 me) since being in Mudgee. The shop has become a second Home. Recommend going in to see Joel, Nikki and the Gang if you love bikes.

Fantastic sales and service, have 3 bikes from Joel now and couldn’t be happier. When my Rock Shocks failed, simply dropped it off and 2 weeks later they had been replaced under warranty, Joel sorted everything. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I purchased a TCR Adv Pro Disc 1 from Giant Mudgee, and what can I say. Service was excellent, as an interstate buyer they were super helpful and were by far the best price from all Giant Stores in the country for the particular model I was after. The bike was packed incredibly well (a comment by my local Giant shop mechanic) with no visible scratches and looked in pristine condition. The bike rides incredible and will most certainly shop with the family from Giant Mudgee again, and will be recommending my family and friends to purchase from Giant Mudgee.

The Giant Mudgee crew always help me with both major and minor modifications or repairs to my MTB; as well as setting up home training options too. They are trustworthy and reliable, always doing quality work for a reasonable price. They explain the benefits of different options and are eager to see more people enjoying the sport.
